Abstract: A control apparatus that implements access control of a user in a private radio communication network is provided. The control apparatus includes an obtaining unit and a verifying unit. The obtaining unit obtains subscriber information related to a subscriber in a private radio communication network. The verifying unit performs authentication processing for a terminal apparatus requesting connection to the private radio communication network, based on authentication information included in the subscriber information. The verifying unit verifies access authority for the terminal apparatus requesting the connection, based on information different from the authentication information included in the subscriber information when the authentication processing for the terminal apparatus requesting the connection is successful.

Abstract: In order to provide a control apparatus that enhances security of a radio communication system run by a user, the control apparatus including an acquisition section and a registration section, the acquisition section being configured to acquire subscriber information in which at least authentication information is encrypted, and the registration section being configured to register the acquired subscriber information in a database included in a core network. The control apparatus may further include an authentication section configured to decrypt the encrypted authentication information, and use the decrypted authentication information and authentication information included in a connection request from a terminal apparatus to the core network to authenticate the terminal apparatus.

A program execution system which has driving database 4, feature program 6 and call processing program 5 and executes a computer program by driving the database includes driving database structure definition file 7, program structure definition file 1, feature definition file 2 and conversion program 3 which produces contents of driving database 4. In this case, conversion program 3 can input driving database structure definition file 7, program structure definition file 1 and feature definition file 2. In order to change the contents of driving database 4, contents of feature definition file 2 or conversion program 3 are changed, and driving database 4 and program structure definition file 1 can have a relationship wherein they are independent of each other.
