The shaft has a tie rod and an externally threaded member which is coaxially connected to the tie rod so that the externally threaded member is rotatable on an axis thereof. The thrust mechanism has the externally threaded member, an internally threaded member and a thrust motor. The internally threaded member is provided in either one of the first holder and the second holder and engaged with the externally threaded member. The thrust motor rotates the externally threaded member relative to the internally threaded member.

To the polyunsaturated fatty acid or its salt or ester, or an oil or fat containing the polyunsaturated fatty acid or its salt or ester having an peroxide value (PV) of 3.0 meq/kg or less and an acid value (AV) of 1.0 or less, and no odor in terms of sensory testing was mixed with an antioxidative sesame component, ascorbic acid or an ascorbyl fatty acid ester, and an external base material, under conditions preventing oxygen from mixing, and the mixture is quickly placed in a hermetic container. The above method provides an external composition containing a polyunsaturated fatty acid or its salt or ester, exhibiting enhanced oxidative stability, and consequently preventing the generation of peculiar odor and peroxides resulting from the oxidation of the polyunsaturated fatty acid.

    Abstract: Copper through-hole printed wiring boards are produced by forming an etching resist layer on the copper plating of a double sided copper clad laminate. The etching resist layer is formed after a negative resist pattern is applied to both sides of the laminate, and the laminate then dipped in a solution containing at least one salt of 2-alkylbenzimidazoles, 2-alkylalkylbenzimidazoles, 2-phenyl-benzimidazoles and 2-phenylalkylbenzimidazoles. After the resulting etching resist layer is selectively removed with an alkaline aqueous solution, in accordance with the predetermined pattern of the wiring, the exposed copper plating is etched off with an alkali etchant. According to the process of the present invention, remarkable advantages such as increased productivity, lower production costs, reduced toxic substances in waste water, and a high reliability can be obtained in the production of copper through-hole printed wiring boards.
