  • Publication number: 20180004907
Abstract: An abnormality processing system is provided capable of executing appropriate processing in cases where an abnormality occurs in a worker's living body. A management computer 300, if determining that an abnormality is present in a worker's living body, transmits an abnormality signal to an administrator terminal 100, a work device 200, a worker camera 20 and a surveillance camera 50. When receiving the abnormality signal, the administrator terminal 100 displays an image showing that an abnormality has occurred. When receiving the abnormality signal, the work device 200 stops operation. When receiving the abnormality signal, the worker camera 20 and the surveillance camera 50 transmit to the management computer 300 imaging data containing at least data of images before and after a timing at which the abnormality has occurred in the worker's living body.

  • Publication number: 20080126920
Abstract: An method for creating an FMEA sheet includes the steps of, retrieving a plurality of documents, dividing words in each of the plurality of retrieved documents into a plurality of morpheme words by morphological analysis, calculating a co-occurrence frequency of each of the plurality of morpheme words, generating a co-occurrence frequency network with morpheme words having a greater co-occurrence frequency than a predetermined level in the plurality of morpheme words, grouping the plurality of documents using the co-occurrence frequency network, extracting a word same as an FMEA word registered in an FMEA word concept dictionary created in advance from each of the plurality of documents belonging to a same group as a word to be used in creating the FMEA sheet and substituting the extracted word to the FMEA sheet.

  • Publication number: 20080082527
Abstract: A precedent database is generated by registering location indicating information that shows location of each of a plurality of precedent data. A knowledge database is generated by repeating processes of carrying out a search of this precedent database according to a specified condition formula and registering knowledge names representing results of the search in correlation with the condition formula. Component and failure names in the knowledge database are inserted as items of a generated FMEA sheet. Items of the FMEA sheet are specified and displayed such that corresponding text data can be referenced.

  • Publication number: 20040173083
Abstract: Music data is easily and positively produced from a melody the user imagined to himself/herself, without the need of musical expertise. Accepted are an input of a melody voice the user is singing to himself/herself and a key depression corresponding to a rhythm of the melody voice to be inputted. Depending upon a timing of the accepted key depression, voice pitch and note value are extracted from the melody voice. The produced music data is format-changed into a file for outputting at a terminal unit, and then sent toward the terminal unit.
