  • Publication number: 20020121620
Abstract: There is provided a solenoid for electromagnetic valve, which has a small size and large attraction force, and is excellent in economization. In the solenoid for electromagnetic valve, a stationary iron core 5, a movable iron core 6 and the center hole 4a of a bobbin 4 individually have an elliptic or substantially rectangular cross section. Further, a relation of d=(0.4 to 0.8) W is formed between a winding outer diameter W on a shorter axis or side of a coil 7 wound around the bobbin 4 and having an elliptic or rectangular cross section and a diameter “d” of virtual cylindrical iron core having the same cross sectional area as a coil inside cross sectional area S. Further, a ratio of a length “a” of a longer axis or side to a length “b” of the shorter axis or side is set to a range of 1.3≦a/b≦3.0 in the cross section of the stationary iron core 5 and the moving iron core 6.

  • Publication number: 20020079004
Abstract: A poppet valve body for opening and closing a supply valve seat and a discharge valve seat by operation of a movable core is provided in a valve chamber having the supply valve seat and the discharge valve seat. The supply valve seat is formed at a valve seat body movable in such directions as to approach and move away from the discharge valve seat. The valve seat body is formed with first and second pressure receiving faces which have different pressure receiving areas and on which fluid pressure from an input port acts in opposite directions and a third pressure receiving face on which fluid pressure in the valve chamber acts. The valve seat body, the poppet valve body, and the movable core move forward in such a direction as to approach the discharge valve seat due to a fluid pressure operating force based on an area difference between the first and second pressure receiving faces when the supply valve seat is closed with the poppet valve body.

  • Patent number: 6302149
Abstract: A solenoid-valve manifold having a highly convenient feeding mechanism in which a connector for connecting to a power supply and each solenoid valve can be easily connected together and a connection structure can be easily changed in accordance with an increase or decrease in the number of the solenoid valves. For this purpose, a plurality of manifold blocks having two upper and lower fixing grooves at front and rear surfaces thereof are detachably connected together, and a connector holder is fixed to the fixing grooves in such a manner that the fixing position can be freely adjusted. Further, a multipolar connector for connecting to an external power source is attached to the connector holder, a connector base plate having a plurality of distributing connector corresponding to each of the solenoid valves is also attached to the connector holder, and the distribution connectors are each connected to a power-receiving connector of the solenoid valve with a splicer.

  • Patent number: 6213445
Abstract: A gap part is formed between a magnetic plate and a moving core in a solenoid part, a magnetic fluid whose viscosity is increased by the influence of the magnetic force is filled in the gap part, the viscosity of the magnetic fluid is increased by the influence of the magnetic force when the solenoid is energized, and the speed of a moving core to be attracted by a fixed core is reduced.

  • Patent number: 6141618
Abstract: A traction control system for a vehicle determines a target value of engine output torque. The determined output torque is suitable for a specified target of quantitative slippage based on an effective output torque and quantitative slippage of the drive wheels. the engine is controlled so as to attain the target engine output torque, restraining an excess of driving force during an occurrence of excessive slippage of drive wheels.

  • Patent number: 5996629
Abstract: A valve installation surface of a manifold base includes an installation surface on which a main valve and two pilot valves and are installed, separate from each other. The manifold base includes a supply channel, ejection channels and an output port that opens to a front end surface, all opening to the main valve installation surface. One end of pilot supply passages and communicates with pilot supply and ejection channels and, respectively. The other ends of pilot ejection passages and are open to the pilot valve installation surface. One end of pilot output passages and opens to the pilot valve installation surface, while the other ends are open to the main valve installation surface. A manifold base may also include a waterproof cover that covers the pilot valves and the energization system, extending from the feeding line to the pilot valve. The main valve may be a single or double solenoid.
