Abstract: A wireless communication terminal includes: a body; a touch panel on a front surface and having top and bottom edges longer than left and right edges; a battery storage space; a pen storage space; and a substrate. The battery storage space is between a center line and a bottom edge of the body. A center point of the battery storage space is within a belt-shaped area having a width of 2 cm that spreads in a left-right direction and including the center point of the front surface. The pen storage space is between a bottom edge of the substrate and a top edge of the battery storage space and has a longitudinal axis parallel to a top of the battery storage space. A wiring connecting power terminals of two batteries stored in the battery storage space to the substrate does not intersect the pen storage space.

Battery is stored in opening portion of housing, recessed portion is formed in vertical surface which stands substantially vertically from main surface, and first terminal is formed on inner portion of recessed portion. Connecting surface which comes into contact with vertical surface is formed on additional module, and second terminal which is electrically connected to first terminal is formed on connecting surface. In a state in which additional module is attached to main body, second terminal is positioned on an inner portion of recessed portion and is connected to first terminal, and thus, reliable and firm attachment is performed.

Said water-resistant construction comprises convex ribs having edge-shaped protrusions that press on water-resistant double-sided tape. For example, the sub-display (122) is provided with: a display unit (151) having a display opening (151a); a water-resistant wall (152) that is formed on the surface of the display unit (151) and has a convex rib (153); and water-resistant double-sided tape (154) that attaches the upper face of the water-resistant wall (152) having a convex rib (153) to the inner face of a sub-display exterior case (155).
