Abstract: A communication control device include a call connection count management unit that acquires a call connection count that indicates a number of calls that are being processed by each of call control servers which performs a call process; a server stop control unit that transfers a call process that is allocated to a first call control server selected on the basis of the call connection count to another call control server, and that stops the first call control server when no call process allocated to the first call control server is present; and an assignment control unit that assigns, when the call control server that performs the call process associated with a processing request related to a call process is being stopped, the processing request to the other call control server to which the call process associated with the processing request is transferred.

Abstract: A call connection number management unit acquires the number of call connections. A server suspension control unit transfers a calling process allocated to a call control server selected based on the number of call connections for each of call control servers to the call control server, and suspends the call control server when the calling process allocated to the call control server ceases. An assignment control unit assigns a request to the call control server to which the calling process responding to the request has been transferred, when the call control server that has performed the calling process responding to the request is suspended. A prediction activation control unit calculates a change rate of an increase rate of the number of calls, obtains a prediction value of the number of calls based on the change rate, and when the prediction value exceeds a value, activates the suspended call control server.

Abstract: A route selection service control system for selecting an optimum one of routes connecting an originating-side terminal to each of terminals owned by an identical subscriber and connected to respective communication networks operated by different telecommunication carriers. On receiving the identification number of a terminating-side subscriber, a reading unit refers to terminal type storing unit and reads out the terminal types and terminal numbers of a plurality of terminating-side terminals associated with the identification number. A position information acquiring unit acquires the current positions of the terminating-side terminals. A distance calculating unit calculates the distance between the position of an originating-side terminal and the current position of each of the terminating-side terminals.
