  • Patent number: 3952254
Abstract: The resultant sum value of the output signal of the counter of a timing signal regenerating circuit is provided at the point at which rising and falling edges of a two level received signal cross a threshold level. The resultant sum is utilized to slice the received signal and thereby controls the counting operation of the counter in accordance with the resultant sum concerned. The signals are thus shifted into phase, even if there is a variation of the threshold level.
