  • Patent number: 11526149
Abstract: A machining command improving system is in an integrated system in which a CNC machine tool for machining of a machining target into a predetermined machining geometry a machining command and a shared database are connected to each other. The machining command improving system includes: a machining state recording unit that associates requested information indicating a request to be satisfied in the machining when the CNC machine tool performs the machining and state information indicating a state of implementation of the machining, and registers the associated requested information and state information as machining technique information; and a machining method improving unit.

  • Patent number: 6397123
Abstract: A single machining program including turning and milling program steps together with a turning mode command or a milling mode command is stored in a program memory. When the turning mode command is read out from the program, a numerical control apparatus analyzes the program according to a G code architecture for lathe by numerical controller #1 for turning to control servo motors and a spindle motor. When the milling mode command is read out from the program, the apparatus analyzes the program according to the G code architecture for milling by a numerical controller #2 for milling to control the servo motors and the spindle motor.

  • Patent number: 6225772
Abstract: Tool feed speed Fa (mm/min) is calculated for each tool feed step on the basis of a tool feed speed F (mm/rev) specified in advance and the actual rotational speed Sact of the spindle (rev/min). The tool feed speed Fa (mm/min) and the tool feed speed Fold of the previous cycle (initially, a value based on the maximum rotational speed S of the spindle as a tentative feed speed Fold) are compared, and if a change has been detected, a tool feed speed Fb (mm/min) for the subsequent tool feed step is calculated based on the relation between the tool feed speed Fc (mm/min) based on the subsequent maximum rotational speed S of the spindle (rev/min), the maximum rotational speed S of the spindle (rev/min), and the rotational speed Sact of the spindle (rev/min); and the tool feed speed undergoes pre-interpolation acceleration/deceleration control on the basis of the subsequent tool feed speed Fb (mm/min) and the tool feed speed Fa (mm/min).

  • Patent number: 5061887
Abstract: Disclosed is a machining data display system for displaying data at a display of a numerical control apparatus (CNC) while a machining operation is being carried out, wherein machining data (11) to (14) specified by a machining program are selected from machining data registered in advance and displayed at the display (10). With this arrangement, machining data actually required is displayed and machining conditions are correctly monitored.
