    Abstract: The present invention aims to enable a user who utilizes machine tool equipment to easily acquire necessary information from a supplier in real time and to enable the supplier to acquire necessary information from the user. This invention is a manufacturing information control method using a manufacturing plant's computer, which is installed at a site of a manufacturing plant equipped with machine tool equipment, and a supplier's computer, which is installed at a site of a supplier that supplies the machine tool equipment, wherein these computers are connected to each other via a network to enable communication therebetween. The manufacturing information control method comprises the steps of: acquiring specified identification information stored on a recording medium mounted on the machine tool equipment; acquiring specified service information by accessing the supplier's computer on the basis of the specified identification information; and presenting the specified service information to the user.
