    Abstract: A control device of the tape feeder includes: a step-out detecting section for detecting a step-out of a stepping motor; a memory section for storing a target angle of a sprocket for positioning one of multiple cavities at a supply section; and a restoration process section for performing origin alignment, when the step-out detecting section detects a step-out of the stepping motor, wherein pulse power is supplied to the stepping motor so that the sprocket reaches a predetermined angle, supplying the pulse power to the stepping motor in accordance with the current angle and the target angle of the sprocket after the origin alignment is completed, and moving one of the multiple cavities to the supply section.
