  • Patent number: 6184766
Abstract: A solenoid valve is composed of a bobbin wound with a coil, and a housing separated from the bobbin and having an input port, an output port and a discharge port. The bobbin incorporating the plunger and the housing incorporating the ball for switching over the channel and the valve rod are arranged via a plate in opposite positions, and are integrally formed by caulking claws of a case covering the bobbin into the housing and the plate. An engaged section is formed on an end face on the housing side of the bobbin, an engaged section is formed on an end face on the bobbin side of the housing, and engaging sections for bobbin positioning and housing positioning are formed on the plate. A relative relationship between the bobbin and the housing is maintained by engaging these engaging sections with the engaged sections of the bobbin and the housing.

  • Patent number: 6163239
Abstract: The present invention provides a compact duty-driven solenoid valve which inhibits occurrence of impact sound upon driving and prevents occurrence of adherence at low temperatures. In this duty-driven solenoid valve, a plunger is arranged in a center hole of a bobbin having a coil wound thereon, and a guide made of a magnetic material is arranged on one end side of the bobbin, opposite to the plunger. A spring is provided so as to impart a force to move the plunger toward the guide, and further, a valve assembly for switching over a channel for a control fluid is arranged opposite to the plunger with the guide in between. A rod for transmitting a moving force of the plunger to the valve assembly is arranged so as to be inserted through the guide and to reach the valve assembly. The positional relationship between the rod and the valve assembly is configured to maintain a prescribed gap between the plunger and the guide during feeding of current to the coil.

  • Patent number: 6160468
Abstract: A coil bobbin includes a bobbin 1, around which a coil wire is wound, and a connector 2 for electrically connecting, wherein the bobbin 1 and the connector 2 are separate components, and a supporting hook 1a formed in the bobbin 1 is engaged with a rotating shaft of the connector 2a formed in the connector 2 so that the connector 2 is rotatable even after the bobbin 1 and the connector 2 are assembled, whereby a process of wiring can be stable, and various connector shapes can be adapted to the coil bobbin.
