    Abstract: A base plate where at least part of an antenna member is disposed, an inner cover attached to the base plate so as to cover at least part of the antenna member, and an outer cover covering the inner cover on the base plate, a locking claw for fixing the outer cover is provided on the inner cover side. A fixing piece engaged with the locking claw is provided on the outer cover side, an engaging portion of the fixing piece is formed as a concave surface instead of the through opening. The configuration eliminates the need for providing the fixing piece with a claw-shaped protrusion, damage of the fixing piece can be prevented. In addition, the fixing piece is not readily subject to a defect such as a weld, so that increased mechanical strength can be improved.
