  • Patent number: 9896760
Abstract: A deposition apparatus comprises a source unit configured to generate a plasma by arc discharge, a deposition unit in which a deposition target material is arranged so as to be irradiated with the plasma generated in the source unit, and an induction unit configured to induce the plasma for the source unit to the deposition unit. The induction unit comprises a partition unit airtightly connected to each of the source unit and the deposition unit and configured to pass the plasma inside, and a plurality of magnet units configured to form a magnetic field to induce the plasma in the partition unit. The plurality of magnet units are connected to adjust a connection angle, and the partition unit includes a tubular member bendable according to the connection angle of the plurality of magnet units.

  • Patent number: 7240920
Abstract: A vehicle occupant knee protection apparatus for protecting the knees of an occupant when collision energy acts on a vehicle. The occupant knee protection apparatus comprises a knee protection member, a contact force detector, a controller, and a drive unit. The knee protection member is disposed in an opposable position to knees of an occupant seated in a vehicle seat. The contact force detector detects the contact force of the knees on the knee protection member. The controller performs control that reduces the contact force to a force control target value and that maintains the reduced value. The drive unit moves the knee protection member in the front/rear direction of the vehicle on the basis of an output signal from the controller.

  • Publication number: 20050002122
Abstract: A hard disk cartridge, comprising an outer box and a hard disk body supported in the outer box through a cushion member, wherein a hard frame is installed on at least right and left side faces of the hard dish body and the cushion member is installed on the outer surfaces of the frames so that the upper and lower ends thereof are extruded from the upper and lower surfaces of the hard disk body to the outside, whereby external impacts applied to the hard disk body in lateral and vertical directions can be absorbed by the cushion member and, since the impact force can be relieved sufficiently even if the cushion member is thin, the size of the hard disk cartridge can be reduced accordingly.
