  • Publication number: 20230313855
Abstract: In caliper seal structure, region on one side of caliper main body in axial direction of cylinder with respect to piston seal is set as fluid pressure side where fluid pressure is received, region on other side of caliper main body in axial direction of cylinder with respect to piston seal is set as atmospheric side that opens to atmosphere, and groove forming portion includes holding portion that sets groove width of seal groove in axial direction as first groove width and that is configured to hold piston seal by making inner side surfaces of seal groove in axial direction contact with outer side surfaces of piston seal in axial direction, respectively, and enlarged portion that sets groove width of seal groove in axial direction as second groove width which is increased to one side in axial direction so as to be greater than first groove width.

  • Patent number: 10202160
Abstract: A front fender that can guide a relative wind to an engine while suppressing increases in the weight and the number of parts. The front fender includes a main body part having a substantially reverse U-shaped section opened downward and step parts extending from left and right end parts of this main body part toward both lateral sides, at least at a part of the front fender on the front side relative to left and right fork tubes. The step parts are formed to extend from a front part of the front fender toward the upper rear side along an upper edge contour line in side view of the front fender and then extend toward the lower rear side at a part near the front side of the fork tubes.

  • Patent number: 9022157
Abstract: A motorcycle with an ABS module disposed to make it hard to affect the layout of other components while suppressing the influence of vibration on the ABS module. A motorcycle includes rear frames joined to corresponding rear portions of the main frames and extending upwardly and rearwardly at a position below the corresponding seat frames. Front wheel braking members apply a braking force to a front wheel. An ABS module is connected to the front wheel braking means. A seat is supported on the upper portions of the seat frames. The ABS module has at least a portion disposed below the seat and between the seat frames and the rear frames as viewed from the side. The ABS module is suspended and supported by front and rear cross stays spanned between the pair of seat frames via a front elastic members and a rear elastic member.
