    Abstract: Provided is a run-flat support for pneumatic tire, which support is improved in durability while still achieving a lightweight. A run-flat support 1 is constituted of an annular shell 2, and elastic rings 3. In a lateral cross section of the annular shell 2, the annular shell 2 has: an outer circumferential side formed in a plurality of convex support potions 2a each bulging outward, and a concave linking portion 2b linking the convex supporting portions 2a; and a pair of right and left leg portions 2c extending radially inward respectively from the supporting portions 2a on the corresponding sides in a bifurcating manner. The puncture sealing layer comprises an annular sponge layer which is impregnated with an adhesive so as to be exposed on a radially outer surface side thereof, and a bonding layer of an adhesive which is provided on a radially outer surface of the sponge layer and is adhered to the tire inner wall surface. The sponge layer is provided in a compressed state. The puncture sealing layer is press attached to the tire inner wall surface by a recovery force of the compressed sponge layer.

The pressure sensitive sealant composition is prepared by maxing together 100 parts by weight of the component A, 20-60 parts by weight of said component B, and 150-400 parts by weight of said component C.

    Abstract: A process for producing a prepreg resin composition includes mixing 100 parts by weight of solid acrylonitrile butadiene rubber with 50 to 400 parts by weight of a solid epoxy resin having a melting point or softening point of 40° C. or higher at a temperature lower than the melting point or softening point of the solid epoxy resin in the absence of a solvent to form a pre-mixture, and mixing the pre-mixture with 500 to 7,000 parts by weight of a liquid epoxy resin having a melting point or softening point of lower than 40° C. and 0.6 to 1.1 equivalents of an aromatic amine-based curing agent based on the epoxy groups which belong to the solid epoxy resin and the liquid epoxy resin. The solid rubber component can be uniformly dispersed in the epoxy resin without using a solvent.
