    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an ?+? titanium alloy cold-rolled and annealed sheet having a high strength and a high Young's modulus in the sheet width direction. A titanium alloy sheet in which, when the texture in the sheet plane direction is analyzed, the ratio XTD/XND between the X-ray relative intensity peak value (XTD) in directions close to the sheet width direction and the X-ray relative intensity peak value (XND) in directions close to the normal-to-sheet-plane direction on the (0002) pole figure of the ?-phase is 5.0 or more and which contains, in mass %, Fe: 0.8% to 1.5% and N: 0.020% or less and has an oxygen-equivalent Q of 0.34 to 0.55. Annealing of the titanium alloy sheet is performed at not less than 500° C. and less than 800° C. in the case where the cold rolling rate is less than 25% and at not less than 500° C. and less than 620° C. in the case where the cold rolling rate is 25% or more.

That is, in the configuration of the present invention, a time difference is calculated, obtained by subtracting a temporal width of an activation period from a temporal width of an undetectable period, and the time after the time difference has elapsed from the time at which an X-ray is irradiated is determined as the timing for activating the X-ray tube. The temporal width of an undetectable period is the temporal width between the time at which an FPD detects an X-ray once and the time at which the following X-ray can be detected, and the temporal width of an activation period is the temporal width between the start of activation of the X-ray tube to the completion of activation.

    Abstract: In a high-voltage apparatus according to this invention, a predetermined voltage is applied to a rotating anode after waiting until the number of rotations increases to such an extent that the rotating anode is not damaged. That is, X-rays of desired intensity are already outputted from a point of time when the voltage is applied to the rotating anode. Therefore, diagnosis can be performed immediately after the voltage is applied to the rotating anode. That is, unlike the prior art, there is no need to wait until X-ray intensity becomes suitable for diagnosis after X-ray emission is started, and there is no need to irradiate the patient with unnecessary X-rays. Therefore, the patient can be inhibited from being irradiated with excessive X-rays (with an improvement made in a response from when the operator gives instructions for starting fluoroscopy until emission of X-rays suitable for diagnosis).
