  • Patent number: 8675490
Abstract: The present invention can prevent a fuzzy image, which is caused due to insufficient bandwidth when the bandwidth necessary for transmitting a content cannot be secured, to be displayed on a display device. When a relay apparatus (100) receives, from a DNS server, a DNS response packet regarding a domain name of a server which transmits a content, a condition judging section (210) in the relay apparatus (100) judges whether a required bandwidth for the content corresponding to the domain name can be secured in a communication path connecting to another relay apparatus (100). If the condition judging section (210) judges that the required bandwidth cannot be secured, a DNS modifying section (250) in the relay apparatus (100) rewrites a reply IP address included in the DNS response packet to an IP address of the relay apparatus (100).

  • Patent number: 8427957
Abstract: Provided is a communication terminal that is capable of securing a route having the finest state while suppressing a bandwidth that is consume by a transmission of a control packet at a low level, when applied in an ad-hoc network which uses an electrical power line. The communication terminal included in the ad-hoc network acquires a plurality of route candidates at the beginning of a data transmission by conducting a broadcast transmission of a route creation packet, and acquires a route having the finest state by conducting an unicast transmission of a route estimation packet to each of the route candidates in each predetermined period.

  • Publication number: 20130084729
Abstract: Provided is a lever fitting-type connector wherein the time for connecting a second connector comprised of a plurality of connector segments to a first connector can be reduced; and a compact connector portion of a wire harness can be obtained. A second connector (14) fitted and connected to a first connector (13) by an operation for rotating a fitting operation lever (15) attached to the first connector (13), is configured by combining a main connector segment (31) with a subsidiary connector segment (32). The main connector segment (31) has a lever engagement portion (34) to be engaged with the fitting operation lever (15) when the main connector segment is fitted to an initial fitting position. The main connector segment (31) is shifted from the initial fitting position to a complete fitting position by an operation for rotating the fitting operation lever (15).

  • Patent number: 8385336
Abstract: A source apparatus writes, in a route request packet, the number of routes requested by the source apparatus. When a relay apparatus receives a route request packet for the first time, the relay apparatus determines a waiting time period, based on a route evaluation value that indicates a state of a route through which the route request packet has passed, and starts a timer. The relay apparatus selects route request packets having as high route evaluation values as possible, among route request packets that have been received until the timer expires, the number of route request packets to be selected being equal to the number of routes requested by the source apparatus, and then broadcasts the selected route request packets.
