  • Patent number: 9460850
Abstract: To provide ferrite magnetic powders for bond magnet capable of surely suppressing residual hexavalent chrome, being an environmental load substance, having no adverse influence on the magnetic characteristics, which is an obstacle in use, and without damaging productivity and at a low cost. The method includes the steps of obtaining sintered powders by sintering raw material powders; wet-pulverizing the sintered powders; wet-cleaning the sintered powders; and annealing the cleaned sintered powders, wherein in the step of the wet-pulverization and in the step of wet-cleaning, generation of the hexavalent chrome, being an environmental load substance, is suppressed by performing the pulverization and cleaning while maintaining pH of a dispersion solvent at 8.5 or less, at the time of pulverization and cleaning.

  • Publication number: 20120179522
Abstract: A server of an advertisement distribution system allows downloading of content data in response to a request of a terminal and makes the terminal periodically download shared content managing information. Then, when the server recognizes that the content data stored in a server storage before the server storage goes out of order has to be stored in a new server storage (restoration process), the server makes the terminal upload the shared content managing information and acquires from the terminal the content data specified by the shared content managing information to store the content data in the new server storage.

  • Patent number: 7390424
Abstract: A ferrite magnetic powder for bonded magnets bonded using a rubber-base resin as binder, which powder is a ferrite magnetic powder containing an alkaline earth metal and having a chlorine content of 0.05 wt % or less and a powder pH of less than 6. The magnetic powder is produced by pulverizing a calcinated product of ferrite composition containing an alkali earth metal, annealing the pulverized ferrite composition to relieve crystal strain, dispersing the annealed powder in water and adding to it a mineral acid, adding a dispersant thereto, and subjecting the dispersion to solid-liquid separation followed by vacuum drying to obtain a ferrite magnetic powder having a chlorine content of 0.05 wt % or less and a powder pH of less than 6.

  • Patent number: 5732457
Abstract: A wire harness bundling apparatus includes carrier means for carrying harness wires sequentially, shifting means responsive to the amount of the harness wires carried for shifting the harness wires to an apparatus guide means, tape feeding means placed so as to permit the tape to traverse the harness wire pathway between the guide means. The tape is wound around a bundle of harness wires and upper and lower melting-and-pinching means melts and pinches portions of the tape on opposite sides of the harness wire bundle. A drive means drives the upper and lower melting-and-pinching means together to actuate a severing knife placed between the forward and rearward sides of the binding tape.
