Patent number: 10283422Abstract: An ion implantation method includes measuring a beam energy of an ion beam that is generated by a high-energy multistage linear acceleration unit operating in accordance with a tentative high-frequency parameter, adjusting a value of the high-frequency parameter based on the measured beam energy, and performing ion implantation by using the ion beam generated by the high-energy multistage linear acceleration unit operating in accordance with the adjusted high-frequency parameter. The tentative high-frequency parameter provides a value different from a value of the high-frequency parameter for achieving a maximum acceleration in design to a high-frequency resonator in a part of stages including at least a most downstream stage. The adjusting includes changing at least one of a voltage amplitude and a phase set for the high-frequency resonator in the part including the at least most downstream stage.Type: GrantFiled: November 17, 2017Date of Patent: May 7, 2019Assignee: SUMITOMO HEAVY INDUSTRIES ION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.Inventors: Hiroyuki Kariya, Hideki Morikawa, Masaki Ishikawa

Patent number: 7286255Abstract: Negative films and prints neglected in households are organized efficiently. A user [2] requests of a DPE store [3] image reading from negative films neglected in his/her home. The DPE store [3] requests image reading from a laboratory [4]. In the laboratory [4], images are read from the negative films by an image generation apparatus [40], and image data sets are obtained. The time period of production of the respective negative films is specified by reading a code number recorded on the negative films, and information [J] including date/time information representing the time period is obtained. The image data sets are sent to an image storage server [6] together with the information [J], and classified and stored according to the user and the time period.Type: GrantFiled: February 5, 2003Date of Patent: October 23, 2007Assignee: Fujifilm CorporationInventors: Shizuo Habuta, Hideki Morikawa, Katsuo Ogura

Publication number: 20030151767Abstract: Negative films and prints neglected in households are organized efficiently. A user 2 requests of a DPE store 3 image reading from negative films NF neglected in his/her home. The DPE store 3 requests image reading from a laboratory 4. In the laboratory 4, images are read from the negative films NF by an image generation apparatus 40, and image data sets S1 are obtained. The time period of production of the respective negative films NF is specified by reading a code number recorded on the negative films NF, and information J including date/time information representing the time period is obtained. The image data sets S1 are sent to an image storage server 6 together with the information J, and classified and stored according to the user and the time period.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 5, 2003Publication date: August 14, 2003Inventors: Shizuo Habuta, Hideki Morikawa, Katsuo Ogura

Patent number: 5687008Abstract: A drum scanning type image reading apparatus includes an illumination optical system and an imaging optical system. The illumination optical system is an optical system for irradiating light upon an original. A variable aperture stop is disposed at a conjugate position with the original. In the imaging optical system, a pick-up lens focuses an image of an image reading region of the original on an image focusing surface, and photomultiplier tubes read light passing through one of holes which are formed in a main aperture plate which is disposed on the image focusing surface. To change an image reading resolution in the image reading apparatus, the image reading region and an illumination region are changed by changing the aperture size of the main aperture plate and the size of the variable aperture stop.Type: GrantFiled: January 11, 1996Date of Patent: November 11, 1997Assignee: Dainippon Screen Mfg.
