  • Publication number: 20260200174
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a resin product using a fused deposition modeling-type 3D printer, wherein a first molded body is produced using a first resin that has laser light absorption properties using the 3D printer. In addition, a second molded body is produced, using the 3D printer, so as to be laminated on the first molded body by supplying a second resin that has laser light transmissivity to the surface of the first molded body. Then, the first molded body and the second molded body are welded to each other by irradiating laser light along a path that extends from the second molded body side to the first molded body through an irradiation region between the first molded body and the second molded body.

  • Publication number: 20250091202
Abstract: A data collection system collects data required to generate an automated work program that causes a control target to automatically perform predetermined work. The data collection system instructs presentation of a work guide that indicates a work process for work elements. The data collection system acquires an operation log of a log collection system during execution of the work element. The data collection system acquires an image log of the log collection system during execution of the work element. The data collection system acquires time data indicating time required to execute the work element. The data collection system acquires evaluation data indicating evaluation of an execution result of the work element. The data collection system causes a data storage unit to store therein a work element log in work element units in association with the operation log, the image log, the time data, and the evaluation data.

  • Patent number: 11786326
Abstract: A controller changes a position and/or orientation of a treatment head by controlling an operation of a robot arm according to an external input. A probe driver changes a projection amount of a diagnostic probe with respect to an irradiator. Further, the controller performs synchronous control to synchronize the probe driver and the robot arm with each other so that the relative position between the irradiator and the distal end of the diagnostic probe changes while holding the distal end position of the diagnostic probe.
