  • Patent number: 7864358
Abstract: A server, which functions as an image data control device, stores image data based on input information into a hard disk of a storage unit, reads sequentially the image data stored in the hard disk sequentially, and detects the usage status of the hard disk in the course of reading the image data. Further, based on the detection result of the usage status of the hard disk, the server provides control for deleting from the hard disk at least a portion of the image data, which has already been read, among image data being read.

  • Patent number: 7812991
Abstract: A server, which functions as an image data control device, makes a judgment as to whether a job containing image data stored in a hard disk of the storage unit has received deletion designation for being designated to be deleted from the hard disk. Then, among the jobs judged to have received the deletion designation, the server provides control that prevents a referenced job containing image data that is referenced by a reproduced or combined job (referencing job) from being deleted from the hard disk.

  • Publication number: 20100234106
Abstract: An object storage unit (220) stores object information, including that of a main character who wears a camouflage outfit. More specifically, the object storage unit (220) stores a standard texture (222) showing a standard camouflage pattern, an additional texture (223) showing a replaceable camouflage pattern, as well as a material properties parameter (224) that determines the material properties of the camouflage outfit. When the main character stops, a background specifying unit (232) specifies the object serving as the background of the main character by referring to a position information storage unit (240). In addition, a clothing changing unit (233) appropriate selects a combination of an additional texture (223) and a material properties parameter (224) according to the texture or other features of the specified object, thereby changing the appearance of the main character's camouflage outfit.

  • Patent number: 7480141
Abstract: An electronic equipment of the present invention includes housings and, a substrate, electronic components mounted on the substrate, a heatsink which is connected to the electronic component, connection means for connecting the heatsink to the housing depending on a temperature in the housing and for forming a heat conduction path from the electronic component to the housing, and a fan for flowing cooling air into the housing. The substrate, the electronic component, the heatsink, the connection means, and the fan are arranged in the housing. Depending on the temperature, the connection means promotes heat transfer from the heatsink to the housing, which has a large radiation area, in addition to a cooling (radiation) operation using the fan. As a result, the cooling of the electronic component inside the housing is promoted during operation.

  • Patent number: 7430125
Abstract: A second ground plane (18); has one end opposite to a connector (14), which end is connected to a first ground plane (17) by resistor connection element (41). Accordingly, it is possible to lower Q of resonance of the ground structure by the resistor connection element (41) and to prevent generation of an intense electromagnetic field attributed to an electromagnetic field of a data processing circuit. Especially when the resistor connection element (41) has a resistance value identical to a characteristic impedance of the ground structure, the ground structure is terminated in a matched way and it is possible to assure prevention of generation of an electromagnetic field attributed to resonance.
