  • Publication number: 20060030255
Abstract: The blowing opening portions 20, 21, 22 and the communicating passage opening portion 27 are opened and closed by the first 25 and the second rotary door 26, the fork-shaped spring 41 is arranged close to an intermediate position between the door rotary shafts 25b, 26b, a spring force of one arm portion 41b of the fork-shaped spring 41 acts on the first rotary door 25 so that a load caused by the door self-weight can be canceled, and a spring force of the other arm portion 41c of the fork-shaped spring 41 acts on the second rotary door 26 so that a load caused by the door self-weight can be canceled. Due to the above structure, an increase in the door operating force caused by an influence of the door self-weight can be suppressed by a very simple structure.

  • Patent number: 6913529
Abstract: An air passage switching device for a vehicle air conditioner includes first and second openings and a rotary door for opening and closing the first and second openings. A rib having a first middle seal surface and a rib having a second middle seal surface are provided in a case to protrude an inner side and to be separated by a predetermined angle in a rotation direction of the rotary door. Further, the rotary door has a door structure angle that is larger than a door operating angle. In addition, the first and second middle seal surfaces and first and second end seal surfaces are provided in the case so that the predetermined angle is a difference between the door structure angle and the door operating angle. Accordingly, arrangement positions of the first and second openings can be readily set without increasing a door operating amount.

  • Patent number: 6852024
Abstract: In an air-outlet switching device of a vehicle air conditioner, a first rotary door is disposed to open and close a foot opening portion and a communication path, and a second rotary door is disposed to open and close a defroster opening portion and a face opening portion that are provided downstream of the communication path. When the first rotary door is operated at an intermediate position to open both of the foot opening portion and the communication path, an air distributing guide member of the second rotary door is positioned opposite to an outer peripheral door surface of the rotary door, to be separated from the outer peripheral door surface by a predetermined distance to a radial outside. Accordingly, it can prevent a variation of an air amount blown from the defroster opening portion due to a variation of the intermediate operated position of the first rotary door.

  • Publication number: 20040093884
Abstract: An air-outlet mode selecting device includes first and second rotary doors. Each of the first and second rotary doors has rotary shafts separated from each other in an axial direction of the rotary shafts, an outer peripheral door surface that is provided at a position separated radial outward from the center line of the rotary shafts and is turned with the rotary shafts, and left and right side plates for connecting both ends in the axial direction of the outer peripheral surface and the rotary shafts. One of the first and second rotary doors opens and closes a specified opening among three openings and other rotary door opens and closes the remaining two openings among the three openings. Accordingly, door operation force and air flow resistance can be effectively reduced, and the size of the air-outlet mode selecting device can be effectively reduced.

  • Patent number: 6738487
Abstract: Obtaining a satisfactory feeling of mounting an earphone regardless of the user and achieving listening to reproduced acoustics with satisfactory sound quality is provided by an elastic auricle-mounting member surrounding a sound-discharging opening formed on a housing that accommodates a speaker unit. A space formed by the eardrum membrane, the speaker unit and the auricle-mounting member when a user wears the earphone on the auricle is communicated to the outside of the earphone via a ventilation resistor. Thus, it is possible to prevent deterioration in the sound quality attributable to pooled indistinct sound generated when the space encircled by the eardrum membrane, the speaker unit and the auricle-mounting member has been sealed.

  • Patent number: 6734373
Abstract: When an electrode component is inserted into a through hole from one side and then rotated, parts of a conductive film are cut by a cutting blade. Another electrode component including a chip component whose one terminal is connected to an electrode of this electrode component is inserted into the through hole from the other side. When compression bonding is applied to the both electrode components so as to be joined together, an electrode of the former electrode component and the electrode of the latter electrode component are spread within the through hole with the pressure. The spread electrode of the former electrode component contacts a portion of the conductive film that is electrically connected to a front surface wiring, and the spread electrode of the latter electrode component contacts another portion of the conductive film that is electrically connected to a back surface wiring.
