  • Patent number: 6239567
Abstract: A control device for a brushless motor comprises a first section which stores a data table provided to minimize a difference between an actual rotation speed of the motor and a target rotation speed of the same. The difference is inevitably produced when the motor is rotated. The data table provides a plurality of rotation speed ranges each having data for a rotation speed of the motor. The control device further comprises a second section which compares the target rotation speed and the data table to select data which corresponds to the rotation speed range to which the target rotation speed belongs. The control device further comprises a third section which corrects the target rotation speed based on the selected data and drives the brushless motor in accordance with the corrected target rotation speed.

  • Patent number: 5968171
Abstract: An external interrupt port is installed for writing a password into a random access memory by monitoring low voltage with an interrupt when a battery is turned off and on instantaneously and performing ignition off processing. During Random access memory initialization the system disables an external interrupt and initializes output of ports containing the external interrupt port when an ignition switch is turned on, next makes a password check just after initializing output of the ports, then enables an external interrupt and executes initialization.

  • Patent number: 5908154
Abstract: In the air conditioning apparatus, the air conditioning amplifier unit e is connected to the plurality of door actuators through a single communication line and a single power source line, and also there is provided a fan motor maximum voltage limit control means which not only can create a communication signal to be transmitted through the single communication line in the form of two-way signals including a transmission signal containing door target stop position data to be transmitted to the door actuators, and a response signal to be sent back from the door actuators, but also, when the door target stop position data transmitted last time is different from the door target stop position data transmitted this time, can exert a maximum voltage limit on a fan motor, and, when the signal to be sent back from the door actuators, to the air conditioning amplifier unit is a control end signal which indicates that the door position reaches the target position and the door control is ended, can remove the exertion o

  • Patent number: 5902180
Abstract: A vehicle air-conditioning system includes an air-conditioning amplifier unit being connected to a plurality of door actuators through one communication and one power line; and the air-conditioning amplifier unit having first door-operation self-diagnostic means which sends to the door actuator target stopping position data for bringing doors in a full-open condition or full-close condition; if there is a change in an instruction value, after the lapse of a preset period of time which takes into account the time period required for the door to arrive at a target position and a lag in communication, the self-diagnostic means determining that the doors are in a normal condition when the signal returned from the door actuator represents that the doors are in a stopped state but determining that the doors are in an abnormal condition when the signal represents that the doors are in an actuated state.

  • Patent number: 5820020
Abstract: An air-conditioner amplifying means and a plural number of door actuators are connected by a single communication line, which transmits target stop-position data of the individual doors in accordance with predetermined locations. Target door opening-degree determining means determines whether the door is to be opened or closed depending on a positive or negative value of the temperature deviation, and judges a value of the temperature deviation in two or larger decision regions in determining the present door opening degree, wherein as temperature to which the decision region is applied for deciding the temperature deviation is large, a value of a fixed opening degree to be added to and subtracted from the preceding target door opening degree is larger.
