Patent number: 5645786Abstract: An improved method of manufacturing a multilayer molding having a core and a surface layer by means of a double nozzle structure can eliminate a damaging phenomenon of producing a mixture of a resin material for forming the core remaining in and out of the aperture of the inner nozzle of the double nozzle structure and a resin material for forming the surface layer in the initial stages of molding operation by effectively driving back the remaining resin into the inner nozzle. A double nozzle structure that can suitably be used with such a method includes a shut-off pin arranged in the inner nozzle disposed at the center of the outer nozzle. The resin material for forming the core is driven out simultaneously with the resin material for forming the surface layer coming from the outer nozzle. The operation of resin injection from the inner nozzle is terminated at an arbitrarily selected moment during the operation of injecting the resin material for the surface layer of the outer nozzle.Type: GrantFiled: July 9, 1996Date of Patent: July 8, 1997Assignee: Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Haruo Okada, Hidemi Aoki, Yasuhiko Takeuchi, Kunio Yuhara

Patent number: 5556581Abstract: A method of injection molding whereby a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) without being predried or with having an irregular-shape is fed by a feed screw from a material feeder to an injection cylinder and plasticated by an injection screw. The rotational torque of the injection screw is detected in correspondence with the revolution speed of the feed screw during material feed, and a flection point of the rotational torque is determined. The feed screw is operated at a revolution speed within a range around the flection point of the rotational torque to provide a stable feed rate of the PET and to avoid difficulty in rotating the injection screw.Type: GrantFiled: May 26, 1995Date of Patent: September 17, 1996Assignee: Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hidemi Aoki, Yasuhiko Takeuchi, Kazuo Anzai

Patent number: 5534204Abstract: A method of injection molding polyethylene terephthalate without being predried or with having an irregular-shape wherein a vent type injection machine is employed and the vent is forcedly performed by vacuum suction within a range of a specified degree of vacuum, i.e. 50 to 150 torr (equal to 6666.1.about.19998.3 Pa.) and/or at the same time the material is forcedly fed by a feed screw having a specifically set revolution speed. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an injection molding method in which an PET without being predried or with having an irregular-shape can be molded.Type: GrantFiled: August 18, 1994Date of Patent: July 9, 1996Assignee: Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventors: Hidemi Aoki, Yasuhiko Takeuchi, Kazuo Anzai

Patent number: 5378141Abstract: A motor driven type die tightening apparatus for an injection molding machine includes a plurality of tie bars horizontally bridged between a pair of stationary die boards mounted on a platform of the injection molding machine, and a movable die board is displaceably arranged between the stationary die boards with the tie bars inserted therethrough. A part of each of the tie bars inserted through the movable die board is designed in the form of a ball screw shaft adapted to be threadably engaged with a ball nut member. As an electric motor installed on one of the stationary die boards is rotationally driven to rotate the ball nut members, the movable die board is slidably displaced toward or away from one of the stationary die boards.Type: GrantFiled: August 31, 1993Date of Patent: January 3, 1995Assignee: Nissei Plastic Industrial Co., Ltd.Inventor: Hidemi Aoki

Patent number: 5372050Abstract: An automatic transmission shift device has a shift lever extending from a dashboard toward and near a transverse extremity of a steering wheel and movable at least in a vertical direction to shift an automatic transmission into any desired range. The shift lever is operated or pushed up and down in the vertical direction with a vertical operational power between approximately 10 and 15% of an average maximum muscular kinetic power actively available in the vertical direction of arms of average drivers.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 1993Date of Patent: December 13, 1994Assignee: Mazda Motor CorporationInventors: Hiroyuki Shinki, Hidemi Aoki, Kouki Makino

Patent number: 5203600Abstract: An automotive vehicle has a rear header disposed at a rear end of the roof and above a rear seat. For example, in the event where the automotive vehicle is about to roll, the seat back of the rear seat is leaned forwards and the upper end portion of the seat back is leaned forwards, thereby forcibly repositioning the head of the rear passenger seated on the rear seat to the position remoter from the back window panel.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 1991Date of Patent: April 20, 1993Assignee: Mazda Motor CorporationInventors: Yasukazu Watanabe, Hidemi Aoki, Masatoshi Takayama, Tadashi Ioka, Katsumi Sakane, Noritaka Sakiyama, Yasunari Hirotani, Naomi Mitani, Kazuhiro Ushijima

Patent number: 5156243Abstract: An operation apparatus for a vehicle automatic transmission mechanism includes an actuator for driving a hydraulic valve for switching a travel range of an automatic transmission mechanism, a control unit for controlling the actuator, and a transmission operation unit for outputting a range switching instruction to the control unit. In the preferred embodiment, the transmission operation unit includes a stroke contact type operation switch suitably mounted on a side surface of a steering column so that at least forward vehicle travel ranges can be switched by only a stretched finger of the hand of a vehicle driver who continues to maintain his grip on the steering wheel with the same hand. The operation switch can include either a rotary switch or slide switch mounted on the steering column.Type: GrantFiled: November 14, 1990Date of Patent: October 20, 1992Assignee: Mazda Motor CorporationInventors: Hidemi Aoki, Kouki Makino, Shigefumi Hirabayashi, Takashi Tsuchida, Kunihiko Matumura, Osamu Michihira, Ushio Sakurai, Hisaaki Katsuki, Katsumi Shiraishi, Yasushi Kameyama

Patent number: 4707472Abstract: Cycloartenol ferulate/cyclodextrin complex is prepared by including cycloartenol ferulate, which is a component of .gamma.-oryzanol and hardly soluble in water, with cyclodextrin to thereby elevate its solubility in water and improve its absorption through digestive tracts. Thus various pharmaceutical and physiological effects of cycloartenol ferulate are further improved.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 1986Date of Patent: November 17, 1987Assignee: Zeria Shinyaku Kogyo Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Tetsuya Inagaki, Hidemi Aoki, Hiroyasu Aikawa, Masao Takahashi
