  • Patent number: 11923555
Abstract: A battery pack includes a plurality of battery cells and holder that has battery cells arranged in a parallel posture. Holder has partition wall between adjacent battery cells for arranging battery cells at fixed positions. Partition wall has a surface facing battery cells as resin molded layer shaped to arrange battery cells at the fixed positions. Partition wall has a three-layer structure where thermally insulating plate is disposed inside and resin molded layer is laminated on both surfaces of thermally insulating plate. Holder is formed in a single-piece structure by molding resin molded layer from a synthetic resin.

  • Publication number: 20220320678
Abstract: In a battery pack, an exterior case accommodates therein a core pack including battery blocks coupled to one another. Each battery cell includes battery cells held at predetermined positions by a battery holder. Each battery block includes exhaust passage passing through the battery holder. The core pack has a valve-side end surface arranged at a first end thereof, and includes a partition wall between battery blocks coupled to one another. The partition wall has a through-hole opening at a position facing the exhaust passage. In the core pack, the exhaust passage formed in each battery block and the through-hole formed in partition wall are arranged on a straight line to constitute an exhaust duct for the exhaust gas. The exhaust gas discharged from the valve-side end surface arranged at the first end passes through the exhaust duct and then is discharged from an exhaust portion to an outside.

  • Publication number: 20220263185
Abstract: In a battery pack, a heat-resistant cap is coupled to an end of a battery block including battery cells positioned at predetermined positions by a battery holder and a circuit board coupled to a first surface and accommodated in an exterior case. Each of the battery cells includes a discharge valve. A heat-resistant cap includes closing plate portion forming first discharge gap between the cap and an end surface of the battery block, and a peripheral wall portion forming a second discharge gap between the peripheral wall portion and the first surface of the battery block. A circuit board forms a ventilation gap between the circuit board and the first surface of the battery block. The ventilation gap communicates with the second discharge gap.

  • Publication number: 20210159553
Abstract: The power supply device includes: battery block in which a plurality of secondary battery cells is connected in series and/or in parallel to each other; circuit board on which a protection circuit that protects secondary battery cells constituting battery block is mounted; and exterior case that houses battery block and circuit board. Exterior case has facing part that directly faces circuit board thicker than at least a portion of a non-facing part that is another part. Accordingly, forming the part directly facing circuit board in exterior case so as to be relatively thick makes it possible to improve heat resistance and reduce influence on the outside when circuit board reaches a high temperature.

  • Publication number: 20210084893
Abstract: A frozen cell cluster is a cell cluster in a frozen state in which mesenchymal stem cells are granularly formed. A method for producing the frozen cell cluster includes culturing a mesenchymal stem cell in a growth medium containing a factor that causes the mesenchymal stem cell to produce collagen, forming a granular cell cluster containing the collagen produced from the mesenchymal stem cell, and isolating the cell cluster from the growth medium and cryopreserving the cell cluster together with a cryopreservation agent.
