  • Patent number: 4495250
Abstract: A present invention relates to an anion exchange resin of surface functional type and the process for producing the same. The anion exchange resin of the present invention has anion exchange groups only in a linear polymer layer coated on the surface of a lipophilic crosslinked polymer matrix, and ion exchange reaction of the present anion exchange resin proceeds rapidly. Accordingly, the anion exchange resin of the present invention is useful for a packing for ion exchange chromatography.
