  • Publication number: 20160004339
Abstract: A programmable display device includes a display unit, a coordinate input unit, a display processing unit, an operation processing unit, a control unit, and a switching unit switching between validation and invalidation of operation by screen gesture. The display screen includes a screen-gesture applicable area in which display content can be changed and a screen-gesture non-applicable area in which display content cannot be changed. When an operation by the screen gesture is invalid, the switching unit validates an operation on the operation object in the screen-gesture applicable area and the screen-gesture non-applicable area, and, when an operation by the screen gesture is valid, the switching unit invalidates an operation on the operation object in the screen-gesture applicable area and validates the screen gesture. When an operation by the screen gesture is valid, the display processing unit performs predetermined display in the screen-gesture applicable area.

  • Patent number: 7859263
Abstract: A magnetic resonance imaging apparatus generates slice images by repeating, for a plurality of consecutive repetition times, transmitting an RF pulse to a plurality of slices and scanning the slices to acquire magnetic resonance signals generated therein, in multi-slice acquisition covering the sequential slices, the sequential slices including at least a first slice, a second slice, a third slice, and a fourth slice. In the first, second, third, and fourth slices, phases of the RF pulses are alternately reversed every consecutive repetition time, and the RF pulses are transmitted to the first, second, third, and fourth slices such that the phases of the RF pulses transmitted to the first and third slices are reversed from each other in each consecutive repetition time and such that the phases of the RF pulses transmitted to the second and fourth slices are reversed from each other in each consecutive repetition time.

  • Patent number: 7486072
Abstract: The present invention provides an MR scanning method and an MRI apparatus for decreasing the artifacts while improving the signal from within the blood vessels in the parallel imaging. In the sequence for calibration data acquisition the, RF pulse of the flip angle and the slice gradient are applied, then the phase encoding pulse is applied. Thereafter the MR signal will be received while applying the read pulse with the flow compensation pulse (marked as hatch area). Using a sequence with the flow compensation added in the calibration scanning allows decreasing the artifacts caused by the blood stream. This also increased the signal from within the blood vessels, allowing improving the S/N ratio of the calibration data.

  • Publication number: 20080199707
Abstract: A method for producing a large sized inorganic calcined substance with good properties using dry press-molding or semi-dry press-molding. The method uses a press machine having an upper plate, a lower plate, and a frame portion, and includes the following steps: a first step of positioning a raw material mixture for forming a rear surface layer or a front surface layer over the lower plate, a second step of positioning a raw material mixture for forming a core layer over the raw material mixture of the first step, a third step of positioning a raw material mixture for forming a front surface layer or a rear surface layer over the raw material mixture of the second step to form a stack of three layers of raw material mixture, and press-molding the stacked three layers of raw material mixture to form a press-molded article using the lower plate and the upper plate.

  • Patent number: 6001169
Abstract: A wood-cement board is manufactured by a method comprising mixing 30 to 40% by weight of cement material, 20 to 27% by weight of wood flake, and 30 to 40% by weight of fly ash to prepare a raw material mixture, strewing said raw material mixture on a mold panel to form a mat, pressing and pre-curing said mat with moisture, and main-curing said pre-cured mat in an autoclave. Preferably the particle size of said fly ash is selected so that less than 10% by weight of fly ash may remain on the sieve whose opening size is 150 .mu.m and said main-curing process is carried out at a temperature of the saturated aqueous vapor in a range between 140 to 165.degree.
