  • Patent number: 8657555
Abstract: A counter ejector of cardboard sheet box-making machine is disclosed. A front contact plate contacting cardboard sheets is movable in a feed direction. A spanker is disposed to face the front contact plate in the feed direction, and contacts the back edge portion of the cardboard sheet, aligning the sheet edge portions. Ledges separate cardboard sheets loaded between front contact plate and the spanker, forming a batch of a predetermined number of sheets. A transfer conveyor transfers batches in a transfer direction, which is the same direction as the feed direction. An elevator is furnished with a table, and carries batches from the height at which the front contact plate and the spanker are disposed to the height at which the transfer conveyor is disposed. The table is moved by the same amount and in the same movement direction as the movement of the front contact plate.

  • Patent number: 8241195
Abstract: A folder gluer for conveying a cardboard sheet and folding up the cardboard sheet from a deployed state thereof is disclosed. The folder gluer comprises two flat belts including a first belt and a second belt arranged in parallel for conveying a cardboard sheet, two pulleys provided at a starting part or a terminal part in a conveying direction of the folder gluer for respectively driving the first and second flat belts by friction forces, two motors for respectively driving the pulley for the first belt and the pulley for the second belt, a sensor device for respectively detecting the speeds of the first belt and the second belt, and a control device for controlling at least one of the two motors such that a difference in the speeds of the first belt and the second belt detected by the sensor device becomes zero.

  • Publication number: 20110268551
Abstract: A counter ejector of cardboard sheet box-making machine is disclosed. A front contact plate 61 contacting cardboard sheets BS is movable in a feed direction FD. A spanker 62 is disposed to face the front contact plate in the feed direction, and contacts the back edge portion of the cardboard sheet, aligning the sheet edge portions. Ledges 63, 64A, and 64B separate cardboard sheets loaded between the front contact plate and the spanker, forming a batch BT of a predetermined number of sheets. A transfer conveyor 60 transfers batches in a transfer direction TD, which is the same direction as the feed direction. An elevator 65 is furnished with a table 65A, and carries batches from the height at which the front contact plate and the spanker are disposed to the height at which the transfer conveyor is disposed. The table is moved by the same amount and in the same movement direction as the movement of the front contact plate.

  • Patent number: 7178801
Abstract: An apparatus for accumulating and delivering folded cardboard sheets includes at least a pair of stacking bases moveable along a loop including a stacking position for stacking the cardboard sheets on the stacking bases and a delivering position for delivering the pile of cardboard sheets on the stacking bases. The apparatus receives cardboard sheets fed one by one, accumulates them in a pile consisting of a predetermined number of cardboard sheets, and delivers the pile of sheets. When one of the stacking bases moves away from the stacking position, the other is moved into the stacking position so that the stacking bases alternatively move into the stacking position. Preferably, the loop has resting and ejecting positions and when one of the stacking bases moves from the ejecting to the stacking position, that stacking base ejects the pile of sheets previously formed on the other stacking base.
