    Abstract: There is provided a robot device including: a head portion coupled to a trunk; four leg portions on a front left, a front right, a rear left, and a rear right coupled to the trunk; a first indirect portion that tilts the head portion left and right; and a second joint portion that rotates, with respect to the trunk, one of the leg portions on the rear left and the rear right to a front side, and the other to a rear side. It is possible to faithfully reproduce the movement of the four-legged animal by providing the first joint portion and the second joint portion.

    Abstract: A connecting structure for swingably connecting two parts such as adjacent pieces and the like of a band includes a plurality of connecting pipes provided on the adjacent parts and aligned along an axis. A connecting pin is inserted into the connecting pipes and carries a C-shaped spring ring which engages with an installation groove of the connecting pin in a manner such that the diameter of the spring ring can be reduced. The connecting pin, together with the spring ring is inserted into the connecting pipes by reducing the diameter thereof, and fastens the connecting pin to the connecting pipes by enlarging the diameter of the spring ring inside the connecting pipes until the outer surface of the spring ring contacts the inner surface of the connecting pipes.

    Abstract: A read/write apparatus which enables setting and removal of a read/write compact disk within a limited space of the apparatus includes a turntable 83 having a cap portion 123 that permits a center hole h of a read/write compact disk to be fitted therearound. Clips 124 are capable of advancing and retreating from a rim of cap portion 123 of turntable 83. A setting/removing lever 136 is provided in such a manner that setting/removing lever 136 is capable of rotating by a specified angle with respect to turntable 83. A head 85 which is capable of moving parallel to the radius of the read/write compact disk to perform reading or writing of the read/write compact disk is provided. Head 85 has a stopper 145 which catches a catching portion 139 of setting/removing lever 136 at a position head 85 approaches closest to turntable 83. Cap portion 123 is provided with a setting/removing device 125.
