    Abstract: The present invention provides a hydrolysate of a lignocellulosic material, and specifically a method of using a hydrolysis treatment liquid obtained by a hydrolysis treatment of a lignocellulosic material before kraft cooking in order to obtain dissolving pulp for uses other than use of a fuel. Specifically, the present invention provides a dispersant containing the hydrolysate obtained by hydrolysis treatment of the lignocellulosic material. The dispersant of the present invention has excellent dispersibility for a substance such as an inorganic substance and an organic substance without limitation of powder, particulate, granular, fiber, and flat plane shapes.

    Abstract: A steam valve control device of this embodiment controls a steam valve. The steam valve has: an upper cover in whose through hole a bush is installed; and a valve rod which is installed so as to penetrate through the through hole of the upper cover via the bush. The valve rod has a contact surface which is formed so as to come into mechanical contact with the bush when the steam valve is opened to a maximum opening degree. The steam valve control device has a control part. When a governor free operation is performed, the control part controls the steam valve by setting a limited opening degree limited to be smaller than the maximum opening degree as an upper limit. When a load limiter operation is performed, the control part controls the steam valve by setting the maximum opening degree as the upper limit.

    Abstract: A high temperature steam valve has a valve casing including a main steam inlet, a main steam outlet and a valve chest. The high temperature steam valve also has a valve seat positioned in the valve chest, a valve element facing the valve seat, and a valve rod slidably penetrating the valve casing to drive the valve element. A cooling steam hole is provided to surround a valve-rod penetrating portion of the valve casing. Cooling steam can be poured into the cooling steam hole from outside through a cooling steam inlet hole and steam having finished heat exchange can be exhausted from a cooling steam outlet hole into the valve chest. The sliding portion between the valve rod provided in the valve-rod penetrating portion of the valve casing and bush is cooled to prevent oxidized scale from depositing on the sliding portion.
