  • Patent number: 5733243
Abstract: A cover system endoscope apparatus in which an insert part cover sheath for isolating the insert part of a cover endoscope is airtightly connected to a distal end constructive part of a tip part of an insert part cover. The insert part cover sheath is composed of a soft resin such as polyurethane exhibiting an excellent chemical resistance and a relatively high flexibility. The tip side of the cover sheath is connectively covered on an outer peripheral edge of the rear end of the distal end constructive part. The insert part cover sheath is formed with a forceps inlet on its near-at-hand side. Connected airtightly thereto is an endoscope manipulation part fixing mouth part having an expansion tube mouth for connecting an expansion tube and further a connecting part connected to a cover holding tool. • Patent number: 5722933
Abstract: A cover-fit endoscope can be used while being covered with a cover so that it is watertight. An appliance channel is extended through the cover and an appliance insertion inlet of the channel is open. This opening of the appliance insertion inlet is provided with an integral appliance plug. It is therefore possible to prevent the contaminated appliance plug from being fitted to the sterilized cover by mistake, and also to prevent leakage of the body fluids. Thus, the cover-fit endoscope is kept from contamination. The cover and the appliance plug are both discarded after use. The need for washing and disinfecting the cover-fit endoscope is eliminated, and use of the sterilized appliance plug is always ensured to reduce a fear of infection.

  • Patent number: 5672549
Abstract: In a method of producing a resin-encapsulated semiconductor device, a lead frame having an semiconductor element bonded thereto and wire-bonded thereto is set as an insert into an injection mold. An epoxy resin molding compound is injected into the mold by an injection molding. In this method, an injection pressure of the injection molding machine is gradually increased in such a manner that a maximum pressure of 30 kg/cm.sup.2 to 300 kg/cm.sup.2 is achieved at the time when 80% to 95% of a total amount of the epoxy resin molding compound to be injected is injected into the mold. Subsequently, the remaining epoxy resin molding compound is injected into the mold at an injection pressure of 20 kg/cm.sup.2 to 100 kg/cm.sup.2. A heating cylinder of the injection molding machine is divided into a plurality of zones which are controlled in the temperature independently. The zone nearest to a nozzle of the heating cylinder is controlled to 65.degree. C.-110.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 5652822
Abstract: A video signal recording and reproducing apparatus replaces at least one of a group of a predetermined number of frames of a main signal from one video camera to a sub signal frame from another video camera on the same time base as that of the main signal and records, and upon reproduction, executes the recording video signal by an ordinary reproducing process and reproduces and displays the main signal and still reproduces the intermittent sub signal frames, thereby reproducing the sub signal like a frame sending. The recording and reproducing apparatus sets one of the video signals which are obtained from two or more video cameras into the main signal and sets the other remaining video signals into the sub signals and records those main and sub signals and conveniently distributes those signals and reproduces.
