  • Patent number: 8066498
Abstract: The objects of the present invention are to provide a magnetic field molding device capable of improving yield in a production and stabilizing product quality, and a method for producing a ferrite magnet. In molding in a magnetic field, the mortar-shaped die 19 provided with a plurality of the cavities 13 is heated by the heater member 20, provided in the heater block located under the mortar-shape die 19, under control of a controller at varying temperature depending on the position of the mortar-shape die 19, to keep uniform temperature of the slurry in the cavities 13. This assures good and stable slurry dehydration properties and improves product yield.

  • Publication number: 20060219323
Abstract: The objects of the present invention are to provide a magnetic field molding device, and method for producing a ferrite magnet, or the like, capable of improving yield in a production line and stabilizing product quality, and method for producing a ferrite magnet. In molding in a magnetic field, the mortar-shaped die 19 provided with a plurality of the cavities 13 is heated by the heater member 20 at a given temperature level, under the control of the controller 23. The temperature level is preferably controlled by the controller 23 at 40° C. or higher as mortar-shaped die 19 temperature T1, sensed by the sensor 22. A molding slurry can be kept at a high temperature level in the cavities 13 by heating the mortar-shaped die 19, and can have high dehydration properties and improve product yield.

  • Publication number: 20050267222
Abstract: The present invention provides a composition containing a substance being capable of supplying aldehyde-like substances to be used in the field of medicaments, cosmetics, hair care products, etc., that contains a low-molecular weight active substance the stability of which is impaired by the effects of aldehydes and a stabilizer having an amine structure and being capable of absorbing aldehydes, and has an improved stability to aldehyde of said low-molecular weight active the stability of which is impaired by the effects of aldehydes substance; and a method for stabilizing such a low-molecular weight active substance. An example of said stabilizer is an aminosugar or a polymer thereof, an aminosugar alcohol or a polymer thereof, an amino acid or a polymer thereof, a protein or a hydrolysate thereof, an alkylamine, a hydroxyalkylamine, or a salt thereof.

  • Patent number: 4504433
Abstract: A process for the preparation of soap articles containing dried shapes also formed of soap, comprises the steps of placing on the bottom of a cylindrical frame a supporting base transparent soap which has been cooled to solidification but has not been dried as yet, said base having a height lower than that of said frame; fixedly placing a dried shape(s) of colored soap on said supporting base; pouring in said frame a dough of transparent soap which may or may not be colored, and put into a molten state by heating, followed by cooling thereof to solidification; and removing the thus solidified transparent soap with said supporting base from said frame, followed by drying thereof. Instead of using the base, use may be made of one or plural needles.
