  • Publication number: 20020005433
Abstract: A non-contact IC card comprising a one turn. loop antenna pattern provided on a substrate is provided which, in a non-contact manner, transmits information to exterior and receives information therefrom, and in addition can obtain an electric powder from an electric wave transmitted from exterior. By virtue of this constitution, the non-contact IC card, in a for in accordance with ISO, can transmit and receive signals while supplying an electric power for use in the non-contact IC card, even in the case of a frequency of a carrier of ten-odd MHz.

  • Patent number: 5386359
Abstract: A multi-output converter capable of stabilizing the output voltages Vo1, Vo2 and Vo3 of a first to a third output circuits, respectively, converted from the input voltage Vi of a DC voltage source. The output voltage Vo1 is stabilized by a frequency modulation technology using a switching device, a resonance circuit, an error detecting circuit, and a modulating circuit. The output Vo2 is stabilized by a pulse width modulation scheme using the switching device, error detecting device, and modulating circuit. Further, to stabilize the output voltage Vo3, a resonance frequency modulating circuit is applied to control the resonance frequency of a variable resonance circuit on the basis of the error voltage of an output voltage. The converter can accommodate even three or more outputs circuits with a minimum of loss and a miniature, reliable and inexpensive configuration.

  • Patent number: 5070294
Abstract: A multi-output DC-DC converter comprises a field-effect transistor connected to a one terminal of a DC voltage source, the transistor having a parasitic diode coupled in parallel relationship therewith. A resonant circuit is coupled at one end to the other terminal of the voltage source and a first diode is connected between the transistor and the other end of the resonant circuit to allow a forward current to flow therein. A second diode is connected in parallel with a series circuit formed by the transistor and the first diode to allow current to flow in a reverse direction, the second diode having a recovery time much smaller than the recovery time of the parasitic diode. A first rectifier-filter is coupled to the resonant circuit for developing a first DC output voltage, and a second rectifier-filter is coupled across the terminals of the DC voltage source through the transistor for developing a second DC output voltage.
