The multi-layered optical film has a first optical film that exhibits a first refractive index, a second optical film formed on the first optical film, the second optical film exhibiting a second refractive index higher than the first refractive index, and a third optical film formed on the second optical film, the third optical film exhibiting a specific resistance ranging from 1×109 ?cm to 8×1012 ?cm.
