Patent number: 12214731Abstract: An on-board camera device includes a camera unit, a hood member, a thermally conductive member, a heater device, and a temperature measurement element. The camera unit captures an image of an ambient environment through a window glass of a vehicle. The hood member blocks an unnecessary light beam from outside and suppresses background reflection on the window glass. The thermally conductive member is fixed to the hood member to thermally contact with the window glass. The heater device contacts with the thermally conductive member and removes dew condensation and fog adhering to the window glass. The temperature measurement element is provided at the heater device and partly contacts with the thermally conductive member. The temperature measurement element detects a temperature state of the heater device during operation of the heater device and a temperature state of the window glass through the thermally conductive member during non-operation of the heater device.Type: GrantFiled: June 9, 2021Date of Patent: February 4, 2025Assignee: SUBARU CORPORATIONInventors: Keirai Jo, Toshiyuki Inbe, Shinya Tomita, Hideo Ito

Publication number: 20130307755Abstract: An apparatus for image adjustment includes an acquisition unit, a detection unit, and a correction unit. The acquisition unit obtains a reference image obtainable by a reference pattern image being captured by an imaging apparatus. The reference pattern image is projected by any single projector out of a plurality of projectors, as a synthesized image of pattern images which can be projected by the projectors and have different colors with each other. The reference pattern image has a combination color of the different colors. The detection unit detects, on the basis of data of the reference image, a chromatic aberration-derived positional deviation which is a positional deviation in the pattern images corresponding to a chromatic aberration that occurs due to the imaging apparatus. The correction unit corrects, the positional deviation of the pattern images each being projected by the corresponding projector, using data of the chromatic aberration-derived positional deviation.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 14, 2013Publication date: November 21, 2013Applicant: Sony CorporationInventor: Hideo Tomita
