  • Publication number: 20240103432
Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes plural image forming units including plural image forming sections and an intermediate transfer body to which a toner image formed on the plural image forming sections is primarily transferred, and a processor, in which wherein the processor is configured to, in a case where, during image formation using any of the image forming units among the image forming units, in a case where a consumable of any of the image forming sections of the image forming unit is insufficient, an image forming section of an identical color to the image forming section of which the consumable is insufficient is present in another image forming unit, and a storage medium for storing management information for managing a consumable unit is not provided in the consumable unit attached to the image forming section of which the consumable is insufficient, ask a user whether or not to exchange the consumable unit attached to the image forming section of which the consumable is insufficient and a consum

  • Patent number: 5580508
Abstract: A process for preparing calcium silicate articles having a bulk density of 0.3 to 0.9 g/cm.sup.3 including the steps of mixing a major portion of calcium silicate and minor portions of anhydrous calcium aluminosilicate or its analogue, a reinforcing fiber and a polymer binder in water to give an aqueous slurry, molding the slurry into a desired for, and drying the molded slurry at 100.degree.-180.degree. C.

  • Patent number: 5242649
Abstract: A hydrated calcium silicate slurry composition is made up of 100 parts by weight of hydrated calcium silicate, 5 to 40 parts by weight of a powdered resin and water and molded articles are produced therefrom. In addition to the above components, 1 to 30 parts by weight of a reinforcing fiber and/or 20 to 35 parts by weight (as solids) of a latex or emulsion may be used. When the latex or emulsion is used, the powdered resin is reduced to an amount of 5 to 20 parts by weight. Since the molded calcium silicate articles have a superior workability and a good thermal dimensional stability, they are very useful especially in the preparation of molds or models where high levels of processing precision and thermal stability are required.
