Abstract: A tenser displacing device in a two-for-one twister comprising a cylindrical housing 6 inserted into a take-up tube 5 of a yarn supply package 4 placed on a stationary disk 1 of a two-for-one twister, a lower supporting member 6 secured within the housing 6, a yarn guide pipe 9 inserted into the housing 6 and movable up and down, an upper supporting member 10 secured to the yarn guide pipe, and a tenser 7 held between the lower supporting member and the upper supporting member, wherein a cam member 14 formed in the outer periphery with a cam groove 13 in engagement with a pin 21 projected into the housing 6 is provided on the yarn guide pipe 9 urged by a spring, and the housing 6 is partly provided with a magnet 22 for attracting and holding the tenser 7 at a position displaced from a yarn running area.

Abstract: A double twister provided with a pneumatic yarn guide means and tension regulating means including a hollow yarn guide tube inserted slidably in a central hole of a yarn supply bobbin of the double twister, a first spring for urging upward the hollow yarn guide tube and a second spring which is wound on the upper end of the yarn guide tube and may bring a flyer boss supporting member into pressing contact with a brake disc.

Abstract: A pneumatic yarn guiding apparatus for a double twisting machine, two-for-one twister. A yarn passage of the double twisting machine is formed by a yarn guide tube vertically movable inserted in the tension device mounted in the center of a yarn supply bobbin, a yarn guide hole formed in the center of a stationary disc through the center of the spindle, a yarn guide tube formed in the radial direction of a yarn store disc, a yarn passing space formed between a rotary disc secured to the spindle and an outer ring, and a vertical space between the outer cylinder of the stationary disc and balloon restricting cylinder.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for obtaining packages for dying by twisting and winding processed yarns by a double twister. Between a double twisting spindle and a take-up roller disposed above, there are arranged a winding angle-adjusting device, a feed roller and a traverse device, recited from the side of the spindle. The high yarn tension on the side of the double twister is reduced by using the feed roller having a special structure to obtain a soft wound package.
