  • Patent number: 9055359
Abstract: An electroacoustic transducing device such as a small speaker or receiver used in a portable telephone or the like. A yoke-integral frame is formed by a simple process, and the number of components and production steps for producing the electroacoustic transducing device are reduced, thereby improving productivity. The transducing device having: a magnetic circuit having a yoke, a magnet, and a pole piece; a vibration system having a diaphragm and a voice coil; and a frame which holds the magnetic circuit and the vibration system. The voice coil is placed in a magnetic gap, and the frame is formed by performing a pressing process on one sheet-like metal material into a bottomed tubular shape, and at least two places of the bottom plate being cut and raised to form a bottom frame-like yoke portion, thereby being formed into a yoke-integral type.

  • Patent number: 8041070
Abstract: The invention relates to a small speaker. A speaker 1 comprises: a magnetic circuit 3 having a yoke 7, a magnet 15, and a pole piece 16; a vibration system 4 having a voice coil 18 and diaphragm 19 which are joined to each other through a voice coil bobbin 23; and a frame 2 which holds the magnetic circuit 3 and the vibration system. The voice coil is placed in a magnetic gap 17. In the speaker, dampers 26 which are extended respectively from a plurality of places of an opening side end portion of the voice coil bobbin are disposed, and tip end portions of said dampers are bonded and fixed to the frame. The voice coil bobbin is supported from the lower side. The resistance to input is improved without impairing the thinness of the speaker 1, and while suppressing the increase of the production cost.

  • Publication number: 20090296979
Abstract: The invention provides a speaker comprising: a magnetic circuit 3; a vibration system 4 in which a diaphragm 22 is attached to a voice coil 21; and a frame 2 which supports the magnetic circuit 3 and the vibration system 4. The voice coil 21 is placed in a magnetic gap 17. By taking advantage of the characteristics of a plastic magnet that it can be easily processed into a desired shape, the magnetic circuit 3 is configured by: a plastic magnet 16 having a T-like section shape; and a yoke 10 which is continuously disposed in a bottom portion side and periphery of the plastic magnet 16. The number of components of the magnetic circuit, which conventionally has the three-piece structure, is reduced, so that the mass productivity of a small and thin speaker can be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20090285440
Abstract: In an electroacoustic transducing device having: a magnetic circuit 21 having a yoke 12, a magnet 18, and a pole piece 20; a vibration system 5 having a diaphragm 6, a voice coil 8, and a diaphragm ring 1; and a frame 9 which holds the magnetic circuit and the vibration system, an outer peripheral portion of the diaphragm being fixed to an outer peripheral portion of the frame through the diaphragm ring, the voice coil being placed in a magnetic gap 19, and the diaphragm ring is formed into an L-like section shape. The electroacoustic transducing device can be thinned by the diaphragm ring which is thin, light in weight, and strong. When the shape of a diaphragm bonded face of the diaphragm ring is changed while the shape of receiving face 16 of the frame remains unchanged, variations can be provided to the shape of the diaphragm.

  • Patent number: 5602027
Abstract: A new cell line TriH8 is obtained by fusing a particular sub-clone, A431c, of the human epidermoid carcinoma cell line A431 with the TOS/H8 (human/human) hybridoma. Fused cell TriH8 has been deposited under FRI accession number FERM BP-4452. The fused cell is capable of proliferating in basal medium without addition of serum or growth factor. The cell line is more effective in producing antibody (IgM) than the donor cell TOS/H8.
