  • Patent number: 10680537
Abstract: The vibration-type-motor driving apparatus includes a vibration-type motor including a vibrator on which vibration is excited by an electro-mechanical energy conversion element, a shaft that supports the vibrator, and a rotor that contacts the vibrator to be rotated thereby. A first end portion of the shaft is moved with the vibration of the vibrator. The apparatus further includes a housing that houses therein the motor, and a first elastic member that contacts the first end portion of the shaft and is deformable in a direction in which the first end portion vibrates. The first elastic member transfers heat of the shaft to the housing or another member provided inside the housing.

  • Publication number: 20190369354
Abstract: A lens apparatus includes an optical system including a zoom lens unit, a diaphragm configured to adjust a light amount in the optical system, a position detector configured to detect a position of the zoom lens unit, and a controller configured to control an aperture amount of the diaphragm based on the position of the zoom lens unit. The controller selects, based on the position of the zoom lens unit detected by the position detector, part of data from data indicating a relationship between a target F-number of the diaphragm and driving instruction information when the zoom lens unit is located at a predetermined position, and controls the aperture amount of the diaphragm using the part of the data.

  • Publication number: 20190271573
Abstract: A displacement detection apparatus according to the present invention includes a first electrode unit including a plurality of detection electrode groups and a second electrode unit including a plurality of second electrodes that is movable relatively with respect to the first electrode unit. The plurality of detection electrode groups include a first detection electrode group including a plurality of first detection electrodes and a second detection electrode group including a plurality of second detection electrodes. In a maximum output state, at least one second detection electrode among the plurality of second detection electrodes is arranged in a manner that a position of a center of the at least one second detection electrode is different from a position of a center of a first counter electrode.

  • Patent number: 10254630
Abstract: An optical driving apparatus attached to an optical apparatus having a ring member that is rotatable on an outer circumference of a barrel includes a driver configured to rotate the ring member, a detector configured to detect an object that has entered a space between the optical apparatus and the optical driving apparatus, and a controller configured to control the driver in accordance with a detection of the object by the detector when the driver is rotating the ring member. The detector has a contacted portion configured to contact the object, and detects the object when the object is pressed against the contacted portion.
