    Abstract: Provided is an ophthalmologic apparatus, which is configured to perform observation and photographing of an eye to be examined via an objective lens, and which allows the observation or the like of the eye to be examined irrespective of a posture of an examinee. The ophthalmologic apparatus includes: a main body part including an optical system and the objective lens that are configured to perform the observation and the photographing; a stand part configured to support the main body part with respect to an installation surface; a chin rest part configured to place a chin of an examinee thereon; and a forehead rest configured to bring a forehead of the examinee into abutment therewith. In the ophthalmologic apparatus, the chin rest part, the forehead rest, and the objective lens can be integrally changed in elevation angle with respect to the stand part.
