  • Patent number: 11791015
Abstract: An analyzer includes a separation data holding part, a determination criterion holding part, and a component peak determination part. The separation data holding part retains, as reference data, separation data obtained by an electrophoresis analysis for a reference sample including a reference component which is a known component and retains, as data to be analyzed, separation data obtained by an electrophoresis analysis for a sample to be analyzed. The determination criterion holding part retains a determination criterion for determining whether a component peak in the reference data and a component peak in the data to be analyzed are identical. The component peak determination part is configured to determine whether the component peak in the reference data and the component peak in the data to be analyzed are identical to each other, using the determination criterion.

  • Publication number: 20210231608
Abstract: A controller sets a schedule in which an order of a plurality of electrophoresis processes is defined. The controller controls a storage device to store first information representing a result of an electrophoresis process that has ended among the plurality of electrophoresis processes and second information about setting for the plurality of electrophoresis processes. The controller receives a stop signal from an information processing apparatus while the plurality of electrophoresis processes defined in the schedule are being performed. When the controller receives the stop signal, the controller controls an electrophoresis mechanism to perform until the end, an electrophoresis process that is being performed among the plurality of electrophoresis processes.

  • Publication number: 20200142912
Abstract: A data processor is provided that classifies analysis object data items without performing complex operation in advance. A data processor 1 classifies a plurality of analysis object data items measured by electrophoresis. The data processor 1 includes: a comparison section 8 to perform comparison of the analysis object data items with each other by a predetermined comparison criterion; and a classification section 9 to perform classification of the analysis object data items by a predetermined classification criterion based on a result of the comparison by the comparison section 8 to divide the data items into groups. The comparison section 8 performs the comparison, using the analysis object data items as a reference data item one after another, of the reference data item with each of all the analysis object data items not subjected to the comparison with the reference data item.
