  • Publication number: 20230300469
Abstract: An image capture apparatus that generates an omnidirectional image using imaging lenses is disclosed. The apparatus detects an orientation of the image capture apparatus. The apparatus identifies, when the image capture apparatus is in an operation mode for generating a first image with a smaller field of view than an omnidirectional image, an area to be captured required to generate the image on a basis of a difference between a reference orientation and a current orientation of the image capture apparatus. The apparatus, when the image capture apparatus is in the operation mode, enables image capture using an imaging lens, from among the imaging lenses, required to capture the area to be captured and disable image capture using an imaging lens, from among the imaging lenses, not required to capture the area to be captured.

  • Patent number: 5833620
Abstract: A constant-rate deflator for constantly reducing air pressure of a cuff-type sphygmomanometer is disclosed. The constant-rate deflator includes a ventilation-adjusting shaft 2 with a truncate-cone recess 2a formed in one of the end thereof and a leak valve 1 with a hole 1b formed in the center thereof, the leak valve having a projection 1c opposing the recess of the ventilation-adjusting shaft and has the same truncated cone shape as the recess, wherein the rate of deflation is kept constant by adjusting the clearance between the projection of the leak valve and the recess of the ventilation-adjusting shaft.

  • Patent number: 5479379
Abstract: The alarm clock is formed of time indicating hands (3), alarm hands (4), and an alarm setting device (202, 204, 205, and 207); wherein the alarm setting device is provided with an alarm section (200) which works to stop the movement of alarm hands when the alarm setting device is in the alarm-set condition, and works to move the alarm hands in synchronous motion with the time indicating hands when the alarm setting device is in the non-alarm-set condition. This structure allows the wearer to instantly distinguish the alarm-set condition from the non-alarm-set condition.

  • Patent number: 5367505
Abstract: A watch with a dumb alarm has a time drive region which is electrically drivable and an alarm drive region which is drivable by a mechanical drive source. The alarm drive region has an alarm wheel engaging the hour wheel, an eccentric weight rotatably supported in an eccentric position, an alarm lever for urging the hour wheel toward the alarm wheel, the alarm lever having a distal end engageable with an engaging portion on the eccentric weight, an externally operable member for controlling the eccentric weight to start and stop operating, a spiral spring for rotating the eccentric weight, and a wheel train for transmitting drive forces from the spiral spring. When a preset time to be announced comes, the hour wheel engages the alarm wheel to allow the eccentric weight to start operating, and power of the spiral spring is transmitted through the wheel train to the eccentric weight to rotate the eccentric weight to produce vibrations thereof.

  • Patent number: 4311893
Abstract: A push button assembly for a wristwatch, tabletop calculator and the like is disclosed, made of plastic by molding. The push button assembly comprises a plurality of push buttons which are connected with each other by resilient connecting branches with each other. A pair of resilient connecting branches for each push button are symmetrically positioned about the central point of the top of the push button, so that each push button may be axially moved without tilting.
