  • Publication number: 20120002674
Abstract: According to one embodiment, there is provided a communication system including at least a router and a server. The router interconnects a private network using private address and a global network using global address. The router has a network address translation (NAT) function for converting the private address into the global address and for converting the global address into the private address. The server unit is coupled to the global network and executes processing based on Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) messages output from a terminal via the router. One type of SIP message is a REGISTER message, where the router adds a Via header containing an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the router to the REGISTER message for designating a transmission route for use in a registration process.

Abstract: According to one embodiment, there is provided a communication system including a router, a terminal and a server. The router interconnects a private network using private address and a global network using global address. The terminal belongs to the private network. The server is connected to the global network and executes processing based on SIP messages output from the terminal via the router. The server includes a generator, a table and a module. The generator generates discriminator to be associated with a REGISTER source terminal using IP addresses contained in all Via headers. The table associates the discriminator with a registration condition of the terminal which belongs to the private network for each terminal. The module collates the discriminator and the registration condition managed in the table. The module decides whether or not to permit registration of REGISTER source terminal.

  • Patent number: 6672433
Abstract: A brake lining of a vehicular brake device is produced by a friction material which has a characteristic that a friction coefficient of the friction material decreases according to an increase of a sliding speed between the brake lining and a rotational member when the sliding speed is greater than or equal to a predetermined speed during the braking operation, and the friction coefficient is substantially constant when the sliding speed is smaller than the predetermined speed.

  • Patent number: 5267783
Abstract: A vehicle turning behavior control apparatus for use with a multi-wheel automatic vehicle. The apparatus provides a difference between the braking forces applied to the nearside and offside wheels of the vehicle to produce a yaw moment in a direction to which the vehicle turns. The difference is determined based upon the vehicle steering angle and is modified based upon the vehicle steering speed.

  • Patent number: 4591028
Abstract: A single brake cylinder for directly loading an inner pad against a disc, and a yoke for indirectly loading an outer pad against the disc are both swingable, respectively, about a cylinder pivot axis and a yoke pivot axis which are both substantially parallel to the disc, and parallel or coincident with each other. When the brake is applied, the cylinder swings in one direction and the yoke swings in the opposite direction in such a manner that the trailing portion of each pad is loaded with a greater force to reduce brake noise.
