  • Publication number: 20240140804
Abstract: A graphene nanoribbon represented by formula (1): wherein R1 represents a linear alkyl group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, R3 and R4 are both hydrogen atoms, or R3 and R4 taken together form a group represented by —SiR2aR2b—, wherein R2a and R2b are the same or different, and each represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally branched alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or a phenyl group, and n represents an integer of 1 or more, is a novel GNR obtained by a simpler and industrially advantageous method for GNRs.

  • Patent number: 8322070
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a mulching sheet which easy to biodegrade and can be produced at a low cost. A cotton waste sheet is prepared with randomly accumulated cotton waste and impurities selected from a group consisting of cottonseeds, stems, leaves and calyxes of cotton tree. Water is sprayed to the cotton waste sheet. Thereafter, the cotton waste sheet is passed between a pair of calender rolls each taking a form of a Japanese drum, while being heated, to press the cotton waste sheet in the thickness direction. The cotton waste is thereby closed, and the obtained mulching sheet has a high tensile strength. Furthermore, the impurities in the cotton waste sheet are crushed or flatted. The mulching sheet is a mixture of parts made of flatted impurities and parts made of cotton waste.

  • Patent number: 4568990
Abstract: A power assist cassette loading device for pulling and loading a cassette automatically into a tape recorder. The device has a drive gear member adapted to be driven by a motor, a power assist member adapted to be driven by the drive gear member so as to sequentially effect the pulling of the cassette, loading of the cassette and advancing of a head plate overcoming respective biasing forces, and a power assist retainer member for retaining the power assist operation member. The power assist operation member is driven in the earlier half part of rotation of the drive gear member and is then retained by the retaining member. Then, in the later half part of the rotation of the drive gear member, the power assist operation member is released and made to sequentially effect the pulling of the cassette, loading of the cassette and the advancing of the head plate. Finally, the power assist operation member is retained again by the retainer member.

  • Patent number: 4149043
Abstract: A cassette tape recorder with a radio receiver comprising a radio receiver system including an antenna, a tuner etc.; a tape recorder system including a magnetic head, motors etc.; an output system including variable resistors, speakers etc., which receives the audio signals from the radio receiving system or the tape recorder system; and a power source, wherein a switch is provided which is changed over by the operation of mounting a cassette on the tape recorder system and by the actuation of the temporary stopping mechanism so as to selectively connect the power source with the radio receiver system on the tape recorder system, whereby radio broadcasting can be received while the cassette is being mounted on the tape recording system.

  • Patent number: 4069506
Abstract: A cassette tray for carrying a cassette is swingably supported on the sloping plate of the fixed member rigidly attached to the base member. When the cassette tray is swung up from the proper operation position, the cassette is lifted up by the cassette lift-up member so that the cassette slides down. The cassette sliding down along the tray is stopped by engaging the top of the cassette lift-up member with the stepped portion in the bottom face of the cassette.
