  • Patent number: 7922214
Abstract: A connector structure securely connectable in a locked state and releasable by an easy operation, comprising a supplying connection part for supplying a fluid and receiving connection part for receiving the supply of fluid. The connector structure also comprises a securing mechanism having an operating member moving according to a connecting operation between the supplying connection part to the receiving connection part, holding the connected state of the supplying part to the receiving part in a securely locked state and releasing the locked state of the supplying part to the receiving part by movement of the operating member according to the next pressing-in operation of the supplying part and an energizing mechanism energizing the supplying part in the separating direction thereof from the receiving part. When in the locked state, the pressurized fluid can be supplied from the supplying connection part to the receiving connection part.

  • Publication number: 20110048553
Abstract: A pressure regulator includes a housing having an inlet port through which pressurized fluid at a primary pressure is supplied, and a discharge port through which pressurized fluid at a secondary pressure lower than the primary pressure is discharged, and at the same time having a flow passage formed therein to extend from the inlet port to the discharge port, and a pressure control mechanism which is disposed on the flow passage to reduce the primary pressure to the secondary pressure. The pressure control mechanism includes a movable body including a diaphragm which is displaced in response to change in the pressure of the fluid and the movable body is provided with an abutment portion which is brought into abutment against a part of the housing to prevent the movable body from being excessively displaced when the primary pressure becomes excessively high.

  • Publication number: 20090151797
Abstract: The present invention discloses a pressure regulator comprising: a housing having an inlet opening for the supply of pressurized fluid under primary pressure from a pressurized fluid source and an outlet opening for discharging the pressurized fluid under a secondary reduced pressure, a channel between the aforementioned inlet opening and outlet opening; and a pressure-regulating mechanism for reducing the aforementioned primary pressure to the aforementioned secondary pressure. The pressure regulator's pressure-regulating mechanism has a movable body that comprises a diaphragm which is displaceable in response to pressure fluctuations, the inlet opening and the movable body being in line with each other in the direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of the diaphragm displacement.

  • Publication number: 20080314462
Abstract: A pressure regulator, comprising a pressure regulating mechanism and a connector. A supply connecting tool (3) supplying a pressurized fluid to a body part (11) with the built-in pressure regulating mechanism (5) is connected to the connector (2) to secure excellent pressure regulating function by preventing the pressure regulating function from being affected by the connecting operation of the connecting tool and supply a fluid to stop the reverse flow of fluid caused by the attaching/detaching operations of the connecting tool. The connector (2) comprises a link member (544) openably operating a valve mechanism (6) according to the connecting operation of the supply connecting tool (3). The pressure regulating mechanism (5) comprises a pressure regulating valve (55) operated according to the deviation of a diaphragm (52) to regulate the pressurized fluid to a secondary pressure. The link member (544) is formed separately from the pressure regulating valve (55).

  • Publication number: 20080272128
Abstract: A fuel container for a fuel cell, comprises a liquid fuel chamber having a space for the storage of liquid fuel, a valve disposed in an outlet of the liquid fuel chamber to discharge the liquid fuel from the space or stop the discharge, a partition wall member movable through the space toward the valve, and a compressed gas chamber communicating with the space and storing compressed gas, the compressed gas imparting a back pressure to the partition wall member so that the partition wall member moves through the space toward the valve, the liquid fuel chamber and the compressed gas chamber being integral with each other. This fuel container is used as a fuel container for replenishing fuel to a fuel container installed in a fuel cell or can be installed into a fuel cell.

  • Publication number: 20060151494
Abstract: A fuel container (1) for supplying fuel (F) to a fuel cell is constituted by: a container main body (2) having a sealed structure; an inner container (3) for housing the fuel therein, formed by a flexible bag provided within the container main body; a valve mechanism (4) for enabling/disabling supply of fuel, provided in the container main body (2) and in communication with the interior of the inner container (3); and compressed gas (G) for ejecting the fuel, sealed between the container main body (2) and the inner container (3). All of the structural components that contact the fuel (F) are formed of non-metallic materials. The fuel container (1) may also include an injection valve (5). In this case, a fuel injecting container reinjects fuel (F) into the fuel container (1), such that the fuel container (1) can be used repeatedly.
