Abstract: A suture tool for fixing the gastric wall to the abdominal wall includes a first puncture needle for insertion, a suture thread, a second puncture needle for removing the suture thread, a linear grasping member and one or more anchor member. The tip end portion of the suture thread is inserted into the first puncture needle and a hook of the linear grasping member is inserted into the second puncture needle for removing the suture thread inserted into the first puncture needle for securing the gastric wall to the abdominal wall.

Abstract: A subcutaneous implantable port is provided which includes a housing, a septum, a bottom plate and a catheter connection part. The housing has a structure in which a cup-shaped base having a bottom which includes a recess is covered by a cover. The septum which can be penetrated by an injection needle is disposed inside the housing. The bottom plate is made of a harder material than the base and is disposed on the bottom part inner surface of the base. The recess has an opening of enlarged diameter. The bottom plate has a plurality of corner parts on the outer peripheral edge thereof. The plurality of corner parts bite into the inside surface of the recess as the bottom plate is press-fitted into the recess along the recess depth direction. The bottom plate is fixed to the bottom part of the base.

Abstract: A suture retrieval puncture needle for a medical suturing tool includes an outer hollow needle member and an inner suture gripping element movable within the outer hollow needle member. The inner suture gripping element is deployable at least partially externally to the outer hollow needle member for retrieval of a suture. An operating member is provided at a proximal end of the suture retrieval puncture needle. The operating member is connected to the inner suture gripping element. Movement of the operating member relative to the outer hollow needle member causes the inner suture gripping element to move between a deployed position and a retracted position. The suture retrieval puncture needle further includes a locking arrangement for releasably holding the operating member in a position relative to the outer hollow needle member in which the inner suture gripping element is in the deployed position.
