Countermeasure extractor (12) refers to problem dealing data to extract a countermeasure put in correspondence to a problem identified by the problem information. Work procedure output unit (13) refers to work procedure data to submit a work procedure put in correspondence to the countermeasure extracted by countermeasure extractor (12), and outputs work procedure information that explains the extracted work procedure.

Abstract: An information terminal device according to the present disclosure includes a reception unit that receives, from a refrigerator, operating information having outline information and analysis information, a display unit that switchably displays a first display screen for displaying the outline information and a second display screen for displaying the analysis information, and a switching unit of switching between the first display screen and the second display screen. The analysis information includes at least some of the outline information. The outline information includes a history of detected values of a temperature detector that detects a temperature of a storeroom of the refrigerator. The analysis information includes the history of the detected values of the temperature detector and a history of operations of a functional component of the refrigerator.

Abstract: A refrigerator includes a thermally insulated housing opening forwardly at a front surface thereof; a door for selectively opening and closing the opening of the housing; a magnetic gasket fitted to a portion of the door which is engageable with an open edge of the housing; a pivotally supported handle connected to the door for movement between opened and closed positions for opening and closing the door, respectively; and a trigger member drivingly coupled with the handle for movement between projected and retracted positions. The trigger member is moved from the retracted position towards the projected position, as the handle is pivoted from the closed position towards the opened position, to abut the open edge to thereby physically release a contact between the magnetic gasket and the open edge.
