  • Patent number: 11943554
Abstract: An imaging device capable of executing image processing is provided. Analog data (image data) acquired through an imaging operation is retained in a pixel, and data obtained by multiplying the analog data by a given weight coefficient in the pixel can be extracted. The data is taken into a neural network or the like, whereby processing such as image recognition can be performed. Since an enormous amount of image data can be retained in pixels in an analog data state, processing can be performed efficiently.

  • Patent number: 11937007
Abstract: An imaging device having a motion detecting function and an image processing function is provided. The imaging device can detect a difference between a reference frame image and a comparative frame image, and can switch from a motion detecting mode to a normal image capturing mode when a significant difference is detected. A low-frame-rate operation in the motion detecting mode can reduce power consumption. Moreover, the imaging device has an image recognition function in combination with the motion detecting function, so that switching from the motion detecting mode to the normal image capturing mode can be performed when a particular image is recognized.

  • Patent number: 6953066
Abstract: The method of disposing the weft, in a loom for displacing the weft led into a weft insert nozzle by jetting the air current from a guide nozzle disposed in a reed sley and releasing the weft from the upstream side of the weft inset nozzle to the vicinity of an intake of an discharge device, is characterized in that, when displacing the weft to the vicinity of the intake, the reed sley is stopped at a position where the air current from the guide nozzle is directed to the vicinity of the intake.

  • Patent number: 6289942
Abstract: A weft holding device transfers a weft to a tuck-in device that tucks and end portion of the weft cut by a weft cutter in a shed formed by warps. The weft holding device has a slit opening backward toward a reed, the warps and the cutter to receive a portion of the weft beaten up by the reed, and a releasing hole connected to the closed end of the slit so as to jet air toward the open end of the slit to move the portion of the weft toward the open end of the slit. Air is jetted through the releasing hole in response to a command signal provided by a loom upon the detection of a mispicked weft to move the mispicked weft to be beaten up backward away from a cutting region in which the weft cutter cuts the weft.

  • Patent number: 6109308
Abstract: A fringed selvage retainer operating device is incorporated into a shuttleless loom to operate a fringed selvage retainer for preventing the folding of free ends of weft yarns which form a fringed selvage of a fabric on the shuttleless loom on an arriving side of the shuttleless loom. The operating device also shifts the fringed selvage retainer between a working position where the fringed selvage retainer is placed during a weaving operation and a waiting position where the fringed selvage retainer is placed during a faulty weft yam extracting operation by an actuator. The fringed selvage retainer is separated from the fringed selvage and shifted to the waiting position so that a faulty weft yarn may not twine around or may not be caught by the fringed selvage retainer when extracting the faulty weft yarn from a shed formed by reversing the shuttleless loom.
