  • Patent number: 9693581
Abstract: A method is disclosed for producing, only with mechanical treatment, high-quality rice flour having a rounded particle shape, which is equivalent to fine flour obtained by using enzymes, has characteristics close to the characteristics of wheat flour, and is suitable for production of bread, cakes, noodles, and the like. In order to attain the object, a method for producing rice flour includes: providing primary crushing material rice subjected to soaking and adjustment of moisture content with a disintegrating and sizing device, fine grinding the primary crushed rice with an air mill, and then drying the fine ground rice with an air flow dryer.

  • Patent number: 9623446
Abstract: A sieving apparatus includes first and second sieving portions. The first sieving portion includes a sieve with a plurality of elongated holes or slits for separation of an object to be sieved based on difference in cross-sectional diameter. The second sieving portion with a sieve constituted by a porous plate includes round holes for separation of the object that has passed through the elongated holes or slits based on difference in aspect ratio. The second sieving portion is employed after sieving by the first sieving portion. A diameter of the round holes in the porous plate constituting the sieve included in the second sieving portion is longer than an opening width in a shorter direction of the elongated hole or the slit of the sieve included in the first sieving portion.

  • Patent number: 9427717
Abstract: A powder granulation method affords greater operation efficiency and working efficiency and enhanced product recovery rate by preventing powder from being adhered to a container inner wall while suppressing variability in particle size of product to the utmost. A plurality of scrapers are disposed so as to abut or come close to the inner face of a bottomed cylindrical container that accommodates powder so that the powder in the container is granulated by causing an inner bottom surface of the container to rotate on a horizontal plane.

  • Publication number: 20160096181
Abstract: A powder processing apparatus includes a rotor 5, multiple impact pins, and a collision ring 8. The rotor rotates around a horizontal shaft. The impact pins are radially attached on a front surface of the rotor 5. The collision ring 8 covers a side surface of the rotor 5 in which the impact pins are attached and is peripherally disposed along an outermost raceway surface of the impact pins. A part of members (a detachable portion 6b) included in the impact pin is detachably attached to the other (a fixing portion 6a). Multiple types of the detachable parts are prepared to adjust a distance between the impact pins and the collision ring 8.
