Abstract: A plurality of frame images are extracted from a moving image, and image analysis is performed to determine a scene of each frame image. The plurality of frame images are divided into divided frame image groups according to a replay order of the moving image while taking one frame image different from the scenes of preceding and following frame images in the replay order of the moving image, or two or more frame images, in which the same scene is consecutive, as a divided frame image group. It is determined whether or not to publish each divided frame image group based on the priority of publishing, and frame images included in the divided frame image group determined to be published are combined to generate the digest moving image of the moving image. The digest moving image is uploaded to a server through a network.
